Ordered on the app 15 mins ahead of time to make sure my order was ready. No customers inside or in the drive through and the order was marked ready on the screen yet my order was not made. I had to walk out without my order or else I was going to be late to work. This has happened on more than one occasion

I’ve been to this location a few times. The workers will have you standing there waiting forever. This has happened to me often. And when it’s empty inside, they’re screaming like hyenas. Super unprofessional. The team leader Giselle (I believe her name is) treated me extremely rudely and spoke to me in a degrading way which made me feel very uncomfortable. Why don’t management / owners do anything about the horrible service? Get a grip.

The service in this place is TERRIBLE! Every single time we go here it’s an issue. One time we asked to order munchkins and only wanted specific ones bc of allergies and they told us “no you are not allowed to pick” another time we asked to add on a Gatorade at the drive thru window and we were told no you have to drive around again. This place is a joke you wouldn’t want to make more money by adding on something you don’t even have to make? The owner should really check out his employees and what goes on there because it’s truly terrible and bad for business.

I ordered a grilled cheese after a drunk night in the city, i understand it’s 4 am BUT look at my grilled cheese, this is no excuse for a poorly made sandwich… i got toast with burnt cheese and a piece of bacon, i went back and told the worker and he looked at me like i had two heads and said how is this not a grilled cheese… MAYBE BC ITS MISSING ITS TOP?? anyways i got a new one since they didn’t wanna refund but now my hunger isn’t satisfied

I’m in shock… I opened loaded hash browns and saw hair strand on my food not to mention bacon.. when I asked for no bacon on my hashbrowns… disgusted… very bad to not have checked this….. had to throw it out the whole food order we had.!

Terrible service, the team leader Gisselle, I told her my cup is extremely hot if she can give me something to hold it, she said she will have to charge me extra. She called me names and she used profanity against me.

Nice clean store… the manager is always eager to help and will resolve any issues.. there are new staff mixed with old and they always come and go as they are mostly young adults that go to school… so depending on the time of day and the learning curve experiences may differ but the improvements from the old shop to this one are huge… so don’t throw the baby out with the bath water..

Waiting online for a drive-through they tell me the bagel isn’t ready so they make me pull up and wait in the car for 10 minutes. The bagel still isn’t ready I had to go in and ask for it and after all that I got home open up the bagel and there’s barely any cream cheese.
