Free Sickness and stomachache here!! So I ordered famous (they say) chicken biryani made by Robot. Order via Uber eats first they delivery time to later and when you reach there and I have asked cancel order (you can’t do after an hour in app) and they can’t do and been told to wait another 25 mins. Past 25 mins I went to get my food and again they asked me to wait 35 mins. In this time I would have made my food at home and ate. When I bought food home which was after 2 and half hours. Presentation was worse it doesn’t look like biryani. As I was hungry I ate it. Now I am sick and having stomachache. Rice was not cooked properly and chicken wasn’t either. So don’t buy food here and also they get orders by Surya ricin’s on uber eats.

The rice was fragrant, fluffy, and well-cooked, and the meat was tender, falling apart with just a gentle pull. The service was friendly and attentive. I thought the buffet was reasonably priced. It was a good value, especially if you’re someone who enjoys sampling different kinds of biryani and Indian dishes.

I recently visited Biryani Buffet in Naperville, ( Mall of India )and the mutton and chicken biryani were absolutely outstanding! The rice was perfectly cooked, fragrant with spices, and had just the right level of heat. The mutton was tender and juicy, practically melting in the mouth, while the chicken was flavorful and well-marinated. Even the Shrimp biryani was bursting with authentic flavors that transported me straight to the streets of Hyderabad. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. And The Price was very much Reasonable! Simply Loved it ❤️

I recently visited Biryani Buffet and was quite surprised to find that, despite the name, there’s no buffet offered at all. The name is misleading and sets the wrong expectation for customers who might be looking forward to a buffet-style dining experience. It’s disappointing when a restaurant doesn’t align its branding with its actual offerings.
While I can’t speak to the food quality here since my main frustration was with the misleading name, it would be helpful if the management clarified their concept to avoid confusion in the future. Clear communication goes a long way in ensuring a positive customer experience.
