Trash… ordered chicken chipotle loaded griller and got a chicken burrito with lettuce. Chicken quesadilla was colder than frozen yogurt. The crunchy tacos were stale too. First Taco Bell Ives bee seen out of Quesaritos, glad I got substituted with trash. Thanks Tbell! Shoulda just went to McDonalds

Pictures on the menu don’t match the item next to it. When I asked the person at the register, the shift leader, Jackie Lou what was in the item, she sped right through the description as if it’s not already hard to understand people through a mask. I ordered it anyway because the picture looked good, simple mistake because the pictures didn’t match. We sat down and when I opened my food, it was not What I wanted. I went back to tell her and both she and the man handling the food behind her laughed at me because I didn’t understand why I didn’t get what I asked for. After opening my food and looking through it she quickly sped through an explanation, which, again, I barely understood a word of. She gave me back the food I didn’t want and that was that. My husband came in and requested a full refund because of how they treated me. With him, they were quick to defend themselves and spoke more slow and clearly. They refunded us the price for my item and gave him what was in the picture.

unprofessional service. Today food from Taco Bell was the worest ever. My beef crunchy taco had a small roach laying in there. I brought it back to the teller. The teller kept on laughing about it and called the shift leader who seemed to be not even concerned about it. She said she is not responsible because she didn’t make the beef. That was weird. I will never eat there again. I dislike Taco Bell now.

It’s a Taco Bell which is good drunk food basically. Other than that, I wouldn’t normally eat here. But you know, taste is subjective. One major problem with this location though, it’s in an area of the Kam where it’s not always the easiest to access. Other than that, I’ve had no problems.

I’m never a fan of Taco Bell, occassionally they do hit the spot. This particular place takes a bit too long and at time are sloppy. You would think with the assembly line type operation the food would be produced at a quicker pace with no spillage.

I have a dairy allergy and not once have they messed up my order. They always stack my food separate from my husbands and make sure I know which is mine. Once I went through the drive through and they forgot to give me my cinnamon twists. I went back in and they apologized and gave me two for my trouble. I definitely recommend this location!

Fast, friendly service. The Kalua pork quesadilla was sensational! Cooked to perfection – heated through and all the cheese was melted. It could’ve been cut a little more thoroughly though. I asked for extra cheese on my crispy taco and definitely got my money’s worth. Will definitely eat at the NEX Taco Bell location again.
