All together a terrible experience. Walk in and the place is filled with smoke from their kitchen. Terrible ventilation. Terrible customer service. Wasn’t greeted after walking into the door. Looked around made eye contact but they refused to have contact with us, we sat down. ” She” Took forever to walk over to our table. There were only two other tables in the restaurant with customers who already had their meals in front of them. When she finally decided to come to our table her tone and her demeanor was annoyed with us. Very poor customer service and this was the manager. The Food took forever to come out only to have it completely fried and overcooked on all four of the meals ordered. Terrible food. BLT sandwich. The simplest of sandwiches that are made. Toast was completely burnt actually to be honest every single piece of bread that came to our table was burnt and that’s nine pieces of bread. They half tried to cover it up by flipping the bread upside down. They didn’t even try to scrape off the burnt side of the bread. It was so hard, it scraped the roof of our mouths. We walked in a little after 1:00 maybe like 1: 10. Found out they close at 2: 00. That’s because we had two of them in the dining room, sweeping vigorously and wiping off the chairs and taking about getting the “hell outta Dodge” as one of them put it. Sweeping dust and particles all over while we’re sitting at our table. 50 minutes is plenty of time to serve your last customer of the day. They were more worried about leaving at 2:00. They didn’t put in any effort into finishing their last table of the day with good food and good customer service. Small town like Blair, this place should have been filled until close, it’s just sad. I’m sure this place is it was good at some point. But not with these three running it. Fire and hire. Just awful experience all the way around. Not sure what the breakfast has to offer but after that experience. I won’t even go back in to try.
