Decent place to eat. Ribs were tasty. Mac n cheese and BBQ beans were really good. Smaller place with some seating. Could get full quickly, but had the option of take-out. Dessert was great, but enough for more than one person. I’d go back again.

We stopped into Billy Simms BBQ on the way home from the Superbowl. The ribs were PERFECT, FALL OFF THE BONE, WITH A GREAT CRUST!!! The brisket was moist and tender!! We had the CHILI MAC-N-CHEESE and it was great. Jesse the manager was awesome!!! He and the staff were friendly, (even though he was a Raiders Fan!!) Service was fast and food was great, the place was clean and of course seeing Billy Simms, an OKLAHOMA LEGEND, all over the walls was a treat!!
Being from Kansas City, the ribs may have been as good as I have ever had!! Great Job!!!

We have stopped in here a couple times when we come to dodge and the food is great, service is awesome and the people who work here are helpful and pleasant to deal with. The last visit we had here on Dec 7th ’25 was a slow afternoon, not many people there so it was quiet and the line was only to the door, or just before it, so service was pretty quick. I got the 2 meat deal with sliced brisket and pulled pork, and while the pulled pork was very tasty and BBQ sauce would only compliment it, the brisket was a bit dry and looked like it had been in the warmer for a while.
I do understand that having a product stay warm until you run out is how the food is managed, and you don’t bring out a fresh brisket every time new customers show up, however, letting it ‘simmer in the juices’ for a little bit would warm it up and enhance the juiciness and flavor (overall) and not have to sprinkle extra seasoning on it. For the price (18.00) i got 2 slices of brisket and what looked like about a cup or so of pulled pork, Slaw and mac & cheese for sides, which were all very good. I did think that maybe 1 or 2 extra slices of brisket would have been a better deal for $18.00 as the drink was extra, but they are running a business, not a charity.
I did mistake my initial review of 4 starts and have since changed the appropriate ones to 5’s . Your establishment is still well above Rib Crib here in Garden and i look forward to the option of eating at BSBBQ when in Dodge!

The two meat plate was more food than either my teenage son or I could eat. Absolutely delicious, though! And the Stackers? Wow! I got the banana pudding one- I’ll go back just for that!
The service is lacking as it is usually teenagers who obviously don’t want to be there or maybe they have personalities that just aren’t cut out for service jobs. Either way don’t expect friendly service. But DO expect great food!

**Update** They asked my to reach out and I did they never bothered to respond back to me. It feels like it is all for show in the comments section; Dry “brisket” is like saw dust. Thrown in a container like they don’t care. Not worth the $$$$. Just Don’t do it we basically just threw money away.

We are from out of town and were hoping for some good bbq after a long day driving. This slop in a box is what they call a signature dish on their website. This was supposed to be the load baked potato with smoked turkey. It looks terrible. Didn’t bother to dress the potato properly at all. There’s barely any cheese or sour cream. They couldn’t even bother to chop up the turkey, or even put enough turkey on the spud. I certainly think the person who put this together wouldn’t have made it for themselves like this if they were going to eat it. Dine in, takeout, or delivery, it shouldn’t matter on the quality of how the food is presented. Each person is a paying customer and deserves quality. Most of the time customers who are using a delivery app are paying even more for the same items, and I would never serve this to a paying customer. My husband’s plate wasn’t any better. The green beans taste straight from a can with no seasoning. The “toast” was a wet, soggy piece of bread. The brisket was so dry it was disintegrating and totally inedible. Zero stars! Avoid this place and try some place else. I would love my $63 back.

I usually get the turkey from this brand because it’s some of the best in the BBQ world. My most recent visit, it was still good but really dry.
The chopped brisket is the way to go, there’s no fat and has a nice flavor.
Service was, meh. Don’t really get the “welcome in” vibe from the team.
The leaking ceiling was quite a turn off and cheapened the experience. I still recommend coming for some good BBQ

Ordered from door dash staying in dodge. Meat was ok, nothing special. Sides were not good. Macaroni and cheese went in trash. Cole slaw was bland. Probably won’t eat this again.

This is okay bbq at best. They have the bbq prepackaged and just open individual packages when you order. We both had pulled pork sandwiches and it was very dry. Atmosphere is nice And service was okay. For a combo meal they charge $1 extra for pickles.

I came here for BBQ and left questioning every decision I’ve ever made that didn’t involve eating here sooner. The brisket melted in my mouth like it had been slow-cooked by angels on their day off. The baked beans slapped me in the face with happiness. 10/10 would risk my cholesterol again.
