I went there right after the lunch rush. After about 15 minutes of waiting and everybody was almost gone, I went to see about my order because it hadn’t come out yet. The manager came and talked to me and offered me a dessert which I accepted but my order came out soon after that. The food was good and the environment was different compared to the other two I’ve been to in San Antonio but I will probably go there again but I did miss the free cookie I was promised.

The 2 pc. Cod plate is a good choice or the shrimp and Cod plate. Just wish the Onion Rings were not a 70 cent upcharge. But I’m guessing the dipping of the batter is more labor intensive than fries. The key lime pie is also very good.

The location at 1227 NE Loop 410 had EXCELLENT customer service! The food was really good—first time to try this place. The crab cakes appetizer was really tasty, generous portion with lump crab. The cod was dense and flakey. Golden fried. The side dishes were also really good—Bill Miller green beans, big chunky fries with a nice soft crisp on the outside and mealy on the inside. Hush puppies were soooo good! But the best part was the front crew: the cashier was patient, helpful and attentive. Very accommodating to new customers (not just us, but others)—and the two waitstaff/busboy runners were so polite and friendly…like what you’d expect at a high end restaurant. We stopped here for a quick bite but got a nice dinner out. Thanks, Laguna Madre NE 410! Keep up the good work! We will be back!

Not a good time to come! Wait time was long and plate was terrible. The fish was over cooked. Shrimps were super tiny and no bread or hush puppy on my plate. My husbands tacos came with the sauce in the side but at least the fish tacos were good. They kept telling us sorry we are out of stuff. We still paid full price and didn’t once say “sorry we are out of money” I know times are tough to staff employees but when you really are looking for consistency and don’t get it. Ugh…

We love Bill Miller’s and Laguna Madre. This last visit was off a bit. We dined in which we never do and were disappointed by how long it took to get our food. We saw take out orders that were ordered after us get their food and go and we saw no less that 6 cars in the drive through get served before us. It was not busy in the dining room at all. The cold slaw was also warm and seemed old. We are usually never disappointed with the food or service but yesterday was a MISS. The saving grace was Xavier and his amazing attitude and professionalism. What an exceptional young man! Thank you, Xavier!

For being a fast food sea food place it is really good. For 3 it was about $34 so not to bad. Ordered a #1,#2 and a grilled shrimp meal. The only complaint about the meal is the hush puppies are super bland. So my opinion is stick with the bread don’t substitute even if you would rather eat hush puppies. One other complaint the front counters were really sticky. Grose. Seriously they need to do better. Other than that great meal, great service. Wasn’t too busy when we went stopped during off peak hours.

We waited 20 minutes after ordering in the drive through before calling to see if they had forgotten about us. They said our order was ‘coming out right now’ and after another 10 minutes I walked in to the restaurant to see what was going on (then the food was ready right away). They forgot the sauces we asked for which doesn’t surprise me since so much time had passed since the request was made. The food was good but not worth the wait- I wish someone had told us up front what to expect so we could either decide to be ok with wait time or decide to go somewhere else.

The location on 410 and Nacogdoches is consistent with quality and service. Came in today close to closing time (sorry normally I’m not one of those customers) and they were just as pleasant as if they were just opening. Sonia at the register was awesome!

I went to buy dinner and although it wasn’t the worst experience, it wasn’t the best. With my order, I asked for lemon and tartar sauce. I didn’t get either, so I had to ask. With my order, I wanted 2 slices of lemon meringue pies. The hostess went to confirm and said yes, they had 2 slices left. When I get my order, no lemon and tartar sauce as mentioned above, so I ask for tartar sauce. I check my pies, and one was meringue, the other key lime. I tell a different hostess, I ordered 2 lemon. She tells the manager, and he tells me they’re out. So I ask for Pecan, he says they’re out, all we have is key lime and apple. So I say, ok, I’ll take the apple. He puts it in a little plate with foil and hands it to me andwalks off. No sorry, no explanation why my pie was sold to someone else, no “sorry the hostess mistook the key lime for meringue”, nothing. His customer service skills suck. And here’s the apple pie I was given. Like he smashed it before putting it in my bag. That downgraded my experience at this location. No napkins or utensils either.
