The burger was good. A little pricey, but good. They were out of chocolate shakes which was a bummer, but the Mexican vanilla shake was pretty good. It’s a great place to take the kids with the large play area outside.

Food was tasty but a bit bland, even the “marinated” chicken sandwich. The chicken lacked taste. The Hawaii special was good, unusual but good taste of pineapple on a burger. Fries were good but could use more salt. More cashiers would move the line faster. Fun place for kids to run around.

The burgers are good and flavorful. Your condiments are served on the side. Decent price with a great atmosphere. I’ll be back. Highly recommend the sweet potato fries. I will say they are pretty pricy but the food was good so it made up for it mostly.

The atmosphere inside… under the table.. I’d say, atrocious.. burger bun pieces, paper towels, lids to sauce containers…
The food is basic and over priced.
I paid extra for chips and they were stale… seemed like the had been sitting for a while. I’ve had far better chips before to think these were worth paying extra for ever again. My burger, i asked for it to be cooked medium well… I’m not sure what it’s supposed to look like.. but it doesn’t appear to be like the picture they showed me of med well.

Food is always good but they need to have more then ONE person at the registers taking orders. We are only here for a birthday party otherwise we would definitely not be here. Every table is a party, the women’s restrooms are dirty, and so many kids running around!! If they are going to be running they need to be outside in the play area. We are empty nesters…. this is way too much.

Great place to take the kids , lots of room for them to play . The play area is fenced in . As for the food that have a great chalupa burger, give it a try. Their cob salad was also good. Their homemade potato chips are fantastic and their selection of dipping sauces are great. The seating is not the most comfortable, but is what would’ve expected at this casual indoor outdoor door restaurant.

This place has gone down hill they claim they make their burgers medium but they definitely don’t mine was raw and disgusting they didn’t apologize and they didn’t want to make it right because the claimed we should’ve said something as soon as we got our burger. I don’t notice till I was bites in that it was raw so my bad for that I guess. The manager was in no way apologetic she has no customer service at all and doesn’t know how to run a business it’s all run down and isn’t the Bigz I used to know. I attached a picture of the raw burger don’t come here!

Update to your response:FYI The burger was ordered MEDIUM WELL not MEDIUM RARE the mistake was on the cashiers part for inputting it wrong and he or nobody could acknowledge that mistake or apologize. Mind you this wasn’t the only burger that was raw at our table I had to use this one as an example because I threw mine away when you refused to fix it you suggested that you would throw it back on the grill isn’t that against food safety regulations or? You also mentioned we should have brought the burgers up sooner as I stated earlier… so unprofessional even in your response pft.

Always enjoy a visit to Bigz. The food is always really good and fresh. The staff were friendly and always willing to accommodate to their patrons.

The burger pictured has a Gluten-Free bun and the hot dog is Chicago dog. We ordered the chicken strips as well. Please note that there is no gravy but have a large array of sauces.

Overall, their burgers are their strength so I would recommend them.

It is an interesting place with a very friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. They have a great selection of various burgers. I picked up a chicken one with a salad instead of fries. They didn’t have coffee, but there were numerous sodas and a wide selection of beers, plus the whole bar with all kinds of alcohol beverages. I enjoyed the comfort of the place, especially in the midday in the middle of the week, when there were not too many patrons. The parking was plentiful and easy. All in all, I had a great experience, and I would definitely visit it again.

Great spot! Big old beefy burger that tastes great, had the sweet potato fries and a delicious, squeezed lemonade. All of which were tasty.

My buddy had the chicken sandwich and moaned in pleasure. It was a little weird. So, just to make sure I asked him how it was and he had high praise for it.

Spot is clean, staff is a little weird and unfriendly but it doesn’t really affect the experience, plenty of parking, some outside areas for families and a very nice room for parties and special events.

Cool spot, would recommend.
