Very busy so that could’ve been the reason didn’t get any service. Got the worse news ever from one of the regulars sitting at the bar. Kristina resigned and no longer here, that’s really gonna hurt business. If anyone knows where we can find her? Or how do we get her back?Loved coming in here when she worked, we never had to wait on a drink like tonight. This new guy behind the bar looks lost. The old bugsy officially is gone. We always stop in for lunch or dinner to meet friends but it’s been going down more and more. Now you have these no clue what they are doing bartenders and servers. All the good bartenders are officially gone. Our favorite was always Trish then Kristina, now no good bartenders here. The owner Linda bartending, sucks, she can’t make drinks and her personality is of a know-it -all rich mean girl. The service sucks, food been going down. Last time we was here got boneless wings , and they were the size of a quarter and over fried, and partner got tenderloin, which was over cooked and smaller than before. Karaoke sucked and was very loud. The two guys working were just standing around playing on their phones. We tried to give it another shot but after hearing the good bartenders are all gone and couldn’t get service we left. The Mutt is going to be our new spot now. Rip Bugsy’s this new Bigsy’s really not for us not.

This was my first time visited and I was really impressed. Chad our waiter which is the owners son. He was personable, kind, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere and music was awesome. I will certainly visit again. Thank you Chad for a wonderful experience.
