Went to beto’s midvale location recently and they have a ton of signs posted. such as no outside food or drink. making me wonder if they are actually a movie theater lol. I got carne asada tacos and some fries. the tacos were tough to chew. and the meat was a scalding hot temperature, I waited for the food to cool down but I still got a burn in my mouth and mouth pain that lasted for a week or 2. They must be nuking the tacos in the microwave, so maybe that’s why the meat was too tough. It’s dangerous to serve food that hot. I’ve never burned my mouth on tacos before. I would not return. Food was not very good. Salsa bar was good.

Came the other day through the drive thru. The lady at the window was very nice. She gave me all the sauces I asked for and the rolled tacos were phenomenal! I will only come to this betos if I want rolled tacos from now on. Thank you!

We ordered from here the food had green chucks in the chicken it was so salty and burned on top of that it was soggy and just nasty so I called spoke to a lady she said bring the food back and they’ll give a refund well we took the food back and they said they can only give us credit for one so we have to fight it threw our bank to get our money back and also reporting them to the health department for the green smelly stuff that is in the chicken. They are liars on top of bad cooks I’ve eaten at betas in West valley and the food was delicious and the service was great but midvale don’t waste your money there and there customer service is beyond bad.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1, because they must have new staff. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito this morning, and the entire thing was burnt. The potatoes were so burned it was like they had been cooked yesterday (and burned), then microwaved for 20 minutes then put in my burrito. The eggs were burned. The sausage wasn’t burned, so I gotta be honest there. The Styrofoam container had holes in it though, like they reheated my food in it and melted the container….why??

Big, full burritos. Had our two faves: carne asada fries burrito and chili relleno burrito. Daughter had street tacos. Very good! All betos locations are solid but a few locations stand out as just a little bit better, and this is one of those.

Goodluck trying to fix an order. Spent 84 bucks only to get insulted and called a liar. Tried to reach the manager Edgar but that’s impossible. Nobody knows his shift. Doubt he even exists. Never been more insulted before. Never going back for sure. Goodluck finding management in that place.

First off it was deader than dead there. My mother got rolled tacos which was just crunchy tortillas covered in lettuce cheese and guac. The meat was undetectable. I got street tacos, half chicken half carne asada. The meat was so dry it was CRUNCHY. I tried drowning it in salsa with no luck, I then asked for a side of sour cream to which I thought the cashier said “80 cents” … handed her my card and later looked and saw I was charged $1.80 for a tiny 1/2oz HALF filled container of sour cream. I could have bought a whole 16oz tub at Walmart for that price. I wont be going back.
