Coffee is great. But I will not be returning due to you guys being part of the tip culture. I came through the drive thru, ordered a $8 coffee then handed my card. The lady at the drive thru asked me how much tip would I like to leave. The top culture has got so out of hand. Because of that question, I will not be returning.

Staff are friendly & nice. The lattes are nasty so watered down; stop being cheap and reusing coffee grounds over & over again when it’s no coffee coming out of them. My daughter worked at every coffee shop it’s awful the way they are ripping customers off.

We typically do not go to Biggby and today confirmed why. The worker had no clue how to make a customer request coffee. Since I don’t frequent big be locations, I was not familiar with the standard menu items so I needed to customize to what I typically get at other establishments. If what I got was the closest to my normal order at other coffe shops, I will likely not be back because it was not good.
