My daughter is in town visiting from Nevada and does not have Big B coffee so we stopped. She loves the breakfast bagel and the teddy bear frozen coffee drink. Everything was made correctly. The inside was very nice and clean and they had a very friendly staff and employees.

Very very slow… they need a better system to prioritize orders. Just waited over 10 min for an iced coffee… and someone comes in orders after me and gets served. Very frustrating. Stick to the drive through our go to another location.

Everytime I come here the service is outstanding! See my bf ordered a drink thru the app but HE, not the baristas, made a mistake ordering hot instead of frozen and the associate Jay remade the drink he had wanted with no questions asked and was very polite about it! Included coupons for the trouble as well ❤️ & both versions of the drink, hot & frozen, were delicious (definitely made with love!) the manager Dev was very kind as well!! I’ll never go to the Southfield Rd Bigby again.. plus the service there is always subpar and drinks wrong even when ordered correctly.. but the service and deliciousness of the drinks at the outer drive location made my our day. If they see this thank you guys soooooo much, nothing like a great coffee with even better customer service!

Love the Milkster Creamery and the wonderful drinks at this BIGGBY COFFEE! The service is always fast and friendly! My grandson loved the Dragons Breath and the Ferrero Rocher Nicecream! I visit here often. They have great coupons and rewards program!

My new favorite drink is the Caramel Apple Cider Latte (hot). Delicious! Drive thru service always quick and friendly. Just curious as to why they don’t give your total at the speaker but still Excellent service nonetheless! The young lady serving us today was new, in training, and she was a sweetheart.

Always a hit or miss at this location and the customer experience for me feels awkward. The service is the same no matter what time you go, lots of gnats flying around not sure why. Ordered Matcha and drank a mouthful of powder. Ordered the same drink a different time and got more milk than anything . Stick to the coffee her it’s simple and clean. The only plus is the bagels.
