I bought the smoked pastrami/Ruben sandwich. A 1/4 rack of ribs and a side of collard greens. I will definitely be back. The quality of the food, the flavors, The customer service, and the prices are exactly why I will be back. There’s only One place I will order collard greens. I tried bigfoot’s collard greens and it blew my mind. Every single thing that we ordered was excellent. And all of this is done in a food truck! I have to admit I was trying to wait until I got home to eat. I didn’t make it I have rib juice all over my steering wheel sauerkraut from the pastrami on my shirt but I don’t care because this food is made with love. Absolutely worth the stop.

The food here was delicious!!! My husband and I visited Bigfoot BBQ for some brisket sandwiches, Mac n cheese, and banana pudding. We enjoyed every last bite of our meal. Best part was each bite was packed with flavor without being a sloppy mess. Service was friendly and thoughtful. Thank you for bringing another quality food option to our area! I’ve had the pulled pork sandwich a few times and it is very good. Today, I tried the Reubens and it was excellent. The pastrami is well done and the sauerkraut was tasty and crisp. I highly recommend.

Fast friendly service. There was a few orders, including a big one, in front of me and still only about ten minutes to get my order. Decent ribs, bbq sauce comes on the side, so you can add it or not as you like. Ribs available in 1/4, 1/2, full rack. Pretty solid Reuben, stacked with smoked corned beef and sauerkraut.

Amazing food! The Reuben with house smoked pastrami was so good I almost ordered another. Pulled pork and brisket chili were awesome as well. If you are driving along I-5, take a brief detour on US 12 west to Rochester and enjoy.

Stopped here to try something different that was quick but not a typical fast food joint. Was beyond worth it! I had the fresh hand battered chicken sandwich with garlic aioli sauce, OMG!! So tender, juicy, full of flavor! Literally melt in your mouth… Then the Bigfoot Reuben sandwich.. a triumph of how this should be made! The meats, sauce, flavor, superb! Then a side of their creamy, flavorful Mac N’ Cheese and their fresh Deviled Egg potato salad, made exactly how I love it! The customer service, absolutely outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. Definitely stopping here whenever I’m the Rochester area. 10/10, 5 Stars all the way! Thanks you guys!!

Its hard to find good BBQ like this in the PNW, but these guys have nailed it. The BBQ is amazing. All of it! The brisket, the pastrami, the turkey, the ribs are all tender, juicy & perfectly smoked. Plus, amazing fresh made sides and great prices. We’ll be back for sure!
