We visited the new Big Whiskey’s location in Rogers and were really impressed. It was a Thursday at about 1 and we were sat immediately, pretty slow at that time. From the moment we came in, the service stood out. Everyone was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which always sets the tone for a good meal. The restaurant itself was very clean, well laid out, and in a great location that’s easy to get to. You can tell this place is well run and pays attention to details.
I ordered the grouper tacos and they were excellent. The fish was freshly fried, hot, and perfectly cooked, not greasy at all. The portions were huge, especially for the price, which made the value even better. Getting two sides with the meal was a nice bonus and really made it feel like you’re getting your money’s worth.
My wife went with the pick two lunch special and had the French onion soup with a half sandwich. She absolutely loved it. The soup was flavorful and comforting, and the sandwich was fresh and well made. Nothing felt rushed or pre-made, which is always appreciated.
The atmosphere was another highlight. It was inviting, comfortable, and had some really big TVs, making it a great spot whether you’re there for lunch, dinner, or to catch a game. Overall, Big Whiskey’s in Rogers delivered on service, food quality, value, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, enjoyable dining experience.

Beautiful building with top of the line furniture! Food is absolutely delicious! There wasn’t anything we tried that we didn’t like! This new location is huge and very nice! Lots of great options on the menu. Our appetizers and dinners were delicious. The waitress was very pushy when trying to get us to order alcohol. I understand this is partly her job, but everybody said no, and she kept on pushing it. Then, once she talked one of us into a happy hour drink, she forgot to give the happy hour discount on the check. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I do plan to go back, but hope to get a different server.

We were lucky enough to be able to attend tonight’s Friend’s and Family “soft opening” event for the new Big Whiskey’s in Rogers! The design of the restaurant is almost identical to the layout of the Fayetteville location. The lighting of the restaurant was brighter here in Roger’s, which they mentioned they were playing with the brightness. The food was absolutely delicious. They did not serve the full menu, but did have 3 different menus with different appetizers and entrees to try, which almost encompassed the whole menu. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries and Philly cheesesteak quesadilla as our appetizer. However when they arrived, they brought the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, which they corrected, but still let us keep the sandwich. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and fries. This was my first time trying the mashed potatoes and they were delicious. My wife ordered the honey whiskey bbq chicken with fries and roasted tomato Gouda soup. She loved the chicken and the soup! The fries are always delicious and one of the reasons why we love Big Whiskey’s. Our son had the kids grilled cheese and fries! The grilled cheese looked amazing and he demolished it. This was not our first time at Big Whiskey’s. We have been to Bentonville and Fayetteville location numerous times. One of my favorite entrees is the Big Whiskey’s sliders. I knew they are good, so I tried something different, however the sliders are tough to beat. Also although not on tonight’s menu, the cheeseburger egg rolls are phenomenal and should be on the menu for good! This being one of their first services, it went fairly quickly. There have been times in other locations when I felt we waited just as long or longer and it was not their opening. I think this new location is in a great spot and will add something new for the Pleasant Grove side of Rogers. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Food was alright. The place wasn’t to busy, but had a few big tables and a birthday party. Service was extremely slow and got the appetizers about an hour after ordering them. The fish for the fish and chips were 4 small diamond shaped grease filled pockets. Chicken tenders, wings, and burgers were alright. The southwestern egg rolls were a bright spot.

We ate at the Rogers location on 1/3/26 and the service was terrible. Very slow to get drinks (just for 2 people) and we never received or were offered any refills. I had the incorrect side on my entree and it was very slow to get our check. There are too many other good restaurants to choose from in this area. It’s not worth spending money to go out to eat and not get at least an average level of service. I recommend going somewhere else.

Update: Was finally contacted and the restaurant made it right. Updating my review to reflect.
Don’t order through their own website for delivery. My food was not only wrong, it was delivered to the wrong house, and I was told “there’s nothing we can do”. They use a third party for delivery, but there is no way to dispute an issue. And the number on the confirmation email to call with issues, just goes to an unanswered voicemail. Completely wasted money. I’ve always had a great experience in Bentonville, but this one in Rogers is unreal.

Drinks definitely overpriced by quite a bit. Had a little difficulty getting drinks. Other than that a great place to eat just have a soda and drink elsewhere.
