So I called in a order to delivered at my job which I received a pizza that That was not cut Tim whom serviced me the first Gave me a credit for me to get the same pizza over again at my leisure so I called today to get it replaced and the lady who was there and also stated she was a manager, for one she caught an attitude with me when she first answer Like she did not want to be at work. I received the order and once again it was not cut and the picture will be attached below when I called her to let her know that the pizza was once again not cut her response was “sooo” And she laughed. And I told her she did not have to get smart with me and she proceeded To say as you said this is a restaurant goodbye and hung the phone up. If she can’t be a manager and handle her customers with better care and also handle their food with better care and go behind her crew she does not need to work there.

Worst customer service ever. This is the third time I’ve had to wait over two hours for my pizza, when I called very nicely just to check the status of it she refused to actually check on my order. Just said it’s coming there’s only two of us, which I completely understand, but don’t get an attitude with respectful customers just trying to give you business. UAH should be ashamed to partner with this specific Papa John’s if they can’t keep up with the traffic brought in. I would really recommend ordering from somewhere else if possible.

Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered pizza and the driver falsely marked the order as “delivered,” even though nothing was delivered to us. We live in a gated community and no one ever contacted us for access. When we called the store, the employee hung up on us, and when we asked for her name she lied and gave a fake name.
After already waiting an hour and a half, they told us we would have to wait another hour because the driver had to return to the store and remake the order — totaling almost 2½ hours of waiting for food that should’ve been delivered correctly the first time.
This was a huge inconvenience and completely unprofessional. Papa John’s needs to address their customer service and delivery practices immediately. I do not recommend this location at all.

So, I waited over an hour for my pizza and Oreo bites to be delivered… it kept saying the driver was “almost here” on the GrubHub app for like, half an hour. No exaggerations. Never had that issue before. My Oreo bites were doughy and slightly undercooked, but the pizza was fine, thankfully. The customer service I received was good at least. It was homecoming weekend for A&M, so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt with that one.

So I usually order extra large pizzas from pappa Johns, one because We like their pizza and two, pizza is pretty reasonable when you have a large family. Tonight I was disappointed because it was our son’s birthday and we order pizza for our family before going to bowling and laser tag. All pizzas were ordered as extra large but these are the smallest extra large I have ever seen. The pizza slices themselves were tiny. I’m just wondering if these are extra large pizzas how small are the mediums or small for that matter. They have to be bite size. I did call and speak to the manager and he literally said these are extra large pizzas…I find that hard to believe because i get them all the time and at times I cut the slices in half but these slices are tiny….Papa Johns can do better than this. The manager did offer to make them over which I appreciate but we were going to go somewhere after eating and typically I don’t like to send food back(if u know u know). Just disappointed in the experience. If these is their new extra large I will have to go to else where because I will not spend $60-$70 on an extra small extra large pizza.

My first order never got delivered and then when they re-delivered it i was missing part of my order. the driver was very rude and insisted the address was wrong but it was not. i called to try to get the rest of my order and the same driver delivered it and hung up in my face after trying to apologize for the trouble. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I love Papa John’s and order from them often through DoorDash, but last night was awful. As soon as I removed the safety seal and opened the box, a cockroach ran out of my food. I was shocked and disgusted, I honestly can’t get over it

I ordered a pizza for delivery to UAH. It was never delivered but marked as delivered on the tracker. I called to resolve the issue when the employee got rude with me and abruptly put me on hold to not return. The mix up was simple and could’ve been fixed but the customer service was the worst I had ever experienced. Very unprofessional.

This was the worst experience ever. I tried to order my pizza for carryout and was told to carry out closed at 10:00 so I would have to get it delivered, so I placed my order for delivery. When my pizza arrived I had ordered the calzone bites and they were smushed in the box and my pizza was completely sideways smooshed together. When I called the store at 11:06 to let them know about the condition of my food I was told my only option was to get a refund or store credit because they could not remake my pizza due to the oven already being closed off when they just closed at 11:00. When I told the manager Lashonda I wanted my dinner because that’s what we were expecting she hung up on me. I called back again and was told that I could not get food that my only was to call and speak with the GM in the morning and I was hung up on again. The third time when I called back to see about getting my money back I was once again hung up on and now they will not answer the phone. I was staying at a hotel for the night so we’ll have to deal with this when I get back to my home. Definitely suggest using a different Papa John’s if you want something you can actually eat.
