I would have given five stars but lowered the rating since my drink was mostly ice. A $7 iced coffee is a significant amount to pay for a drink that is primarily ice. It was literally consumed with only a few sips. On the other hand, the breakfast sandwich was nicely prepared and the barista at window was friendly. Hopefully, the next visit will be better.

Paying for foam is crazy….I Ordered 2 Grande ice matcha with protein no ice because they always pack the cup with ice and i end up finishing my drink in 3 sips. So 1 of the drinks they gave it empty and the other drink was pure foam you can see in the photo cup is full of pure foam!! Didnt noticed till i got home since it was dark and i got more drinks in cup holders in closed bags . Its like they own the freakn store !

Came out 7:20pm on 2/15/26 Sunday no other cars. Pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for a few minutes thinking maybe they are closed, because both workers are just cleaning and mopping the lobby. Hispanic girl near the drive thru window looked at my car 3 times while wearing the head set and still did not greet me. So I finally said hello and a guy responded, I asked what time they close and he said 9, I placed my order. Finally got to drive thru window and nobody was there. Left me waiting more, not even one of them would come to the window and collect payment. It was giving… “maybe if we ignore them they will go away”. Very unprofessional

Went into this Starbucks to use the restroom. There’s a lock on the restaurant door. Asked the cashier for the code and was told I had to make a purchase in order to receive the restroom code. Is this legal? I hope so because if not, I’m the right one…..

My experience here was amazing! They were busy but still provided me with amazing service and my food and coffee was great! The person working the drive thru, Caia was absolutely amazing! Such a great Starbucks!
