A great experience “on the water.” It was one of the “on the spur of the moment” decisions to eat at Big Tuna, right before everything turn busy. Our server seated us in no time, and served water and took our orders.

First time here and it took me a little while to get my food. But they were busy and in general I thought the friendliness and attitude and atmosphere were quite fun will definitely plan to go back.

For appetizers, we had the finger groupers. Then we split fried oysters. All very good and fresh. The waitress was very courteous and country as you can get. The place where we sat overlooked the view of the river inlet.

Husband ordered Flounder, I had Flounder and Shrimp. Flounder was not good for the price paid. Menu said fresh market but it tasted like frozen. We went here off of other reviews and because it was on a Sunday and The River Room was closed. Flounder at River room is twice as good, big flaky flounder. In my opinion if they are open go to The River Room next door. Also ALOT cleaner and cool. We had good service from our waitress, she was very attentive.

Nice spot right on the waterfront. We stopped for drinks and a snack. The Grouper fingers were very good and the tarter sauce had a little something to it that made it great. We also sampled a bowl of gumbo which had a good amount of sausage and shrimp. It also features okra which I thougt I did not like, but this dish proved mebwrong. Delicious! Fun atmosphere right put on the water. Recommend

Blackened grouper sandwich with fries and washed down with some good ole’ sweet tea. All the food was excellent. Weather was nice so I sat outside, not the best views but got to see the alligator & turtles.

Great place for food and drinks. Everyone working there was super friendly and accommodating except for one lady, don’t know why she was cold towards me. She completely ignored me, but even gave the couple next to me two beers on the house, whereas I wanted another mineral water, which I never received.

We ordered through Uber eats , my 2 burgers were not cooked all the way , she crab soup tasted like there was too much sherry in it. I’ll never eat from here again. Worst $100 I’ve ever spent

Prices High for the Off-Season. I’m a local, and paying $25 for a shallow bowl of delicious grits with six fried shrimp in it really surprised me. Actually, it shocked me considering I had no sides and drank water. That’s not the way to keep locals coming in, or at least not me.

First time visiting Georgetown, we came for drinks but after sampling their awesome grits, we came back the next day to have lunch. Outside seating with a view, super nice staff and fun people. We will visit again next time we are in the area.
