I came by here with my friend yesterday by chance because no other seafood shacks were open in the area on a Monday. He got the fried oysters. This guy has been to probably 100 seafood shacks in his lifetime and said these were the top 5 he’s ever had. I thought he was going to cry and pass out as he savored each bite. He said you can taste the freshness through the batter because the oyster retains that creamy, sweet, salty texture.

Just went for dinner today. I got the popcorn shrimp basket and my husband got the brisket sandwich. The 2 hush puppies I got were raw inside so, I only ate 1/2 of one. The shrimp were hard and tasteless. The fries were good. His sandwich was dry and sparse. Not good quality brisket. The condiments were generic. The prices were not generic. We live near by and were hoping this place would be good. I will say the waitress was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Dreadful quality wings that were then dramatically over fried and tasteless. Rest of family also complained that food was well below average with above average pricing. Restaurant had about 5 occupied tables and service was awful. Waitress was friendly but almost never came to check In or fill beverages. Will not return. Spend your money elsewhere.

Stopped by for dinner on a Thursday. Had the special (Philly Cheesesteak) which was very good. Tried the boom boom shrimp and they were also very good. The service was excellent and extremely friendly. Would definitely eat here again … and again.

Kids LOVED it and I thought it was good. Perfect family evening. The server was very kind and patient, checking on us multiple times. We got the specials so it was reasonably priced, but without, it would have been overpriced based on what we saw on menu. Wish they had a kids menu.

My husband and I have been there twice already and have really enjoyed the food. Alice, the manager is a really sweet lady and will take care of your order and will cook your dinner. Highly recommended. Very quiet and laid-back place.

Went in a group of 12 ladies and gentlemen after a play. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was so tough that I couldn’t eat it , as a matter of fact I couldn’t pull the chicken apart! Not going back! I drank water and the bill was almost $15. For a chicken sandwich!

I cannot imagine this restaurant getting much repeat business…low quality, poorly prepared and small portions. We ordered the single patty cheeseburgers and fries-the shoe string fries arrived cold and limp. The burgers were so small that the bun was too big and they were burnt crusted and very dry. Poor value for the money we paid at $12.95 each. My suggestion is to try someplace else.
