This food was garbage and that’s where it went to right in the garbage the sausage sandwich came just sausage no bread and the brisket on the brisket fry’s must have been what the scape off the bottom of the smoker when they was cleaning the fries I would have had a better chance eating to foam container

Highly disappointed. I had never heard of Big Deal Burgers, located inside Dicky’s BBQ Pit, so I decided to give it a try. The cashier, Layla, seemed confused, and the girl cooking made it obvious she didn’t want to be there. I spent $67 and received trash. Seeing the complaints from other patrons, I should have realized something was wrong since there were only two customers there. I noticed the Owner responds to these posts and asks for the customer to contact him. This is unacceptable. I expect you to contact me. I would like a full refund. My family and I will never patronize Big Deal Burgers again. Totally not worth the money.

So when I got there to pick up our order, I was told they were out of burgers. The order consisted of two burgers a fry and a brisket fry. So after they accepted the order through doordash knowing they were out, the guy that works dickey BBQ cause this is one and the same had an attitude when I showed shock that they were out of burgers. Telling the lady that worked there she could deal with me. No one ever tried to contact me before I got there, nothing. Just attitude that I wanted to cancel the whole order that they hadn’t even started on in the first place.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered 3 Double w/ cheese combos and received the most mediocre garbage ever. I was better off going through someone’s drive thru! They threw whatever toppings on my “burgers” that they had left, I guess (missing several requested toppings and basics like mayo and ketchup!!). I received 2 small containers of undercooked, cold fries, and 3 canned sodas. I should have gotten 3 orders of fries but the ones delivered weren’t eaten anyway, so no big fuss there. The meat on the burger was most definitely NOT 100% beef, if it even contained any beef at all. Frozen junk. Needless to say, it was a waste of $58 since none of us took more than a few bites. NEVER AGAIN!!

Ordered 3 big deal burgers thru delivery company and it took 2hrs when driver got there they didn’t even start the order. When I received the order none of the burgers had any of the sauces on them, fries where cold and stale, burgers were cold & under cooked. Frozen patties that they throw in the oven warm up. I will never order from them again that was my time.

Tre Von was really patient with me. This was my first time here. Online I didn’t read it was associated with Dickey’s. Upon entering the building I saw a sign on the door and was a bit confused. Tre Von welcomed me and explained the different companies Dickey’s own. The food was ok. I was expecting a burger on the lines of Company burger which is the best burger. However it wasn’t. Although, I’m not a fan of the food I appreciated the customer service!

Ordered off Uber eats and waited over a hour for the food. When we received it, it was very cold and BOTH burgers were wrong that we ordered. Had things added I did not put on there and they didn’t even put the sauce I paid extra for…I’m sure it would have been delicious if it wouldn’t have taken so long to receive. Just bummed that it took so long and wasn’t even right when we got it.

Ordered food on waitr. They apparently messed up so the driver said it would be another 30 minutes for food. Fries were ways way undercooked and burgers were super dry.
