The worker got an attitude with me because I asked for sauce at the window because when I order it before hand they either put the wrong one in there or don’t even at all. Like it didn’t take yall forever to make the food. They need to work on their customer service. Also my sandwiches are always cold.

Amazing they open at 6:00am. Had a Ham & Cheese and medium drink. Fast and efficent service. Kudos to the staff. Best time to go.

Similar experience to the other 1 star reviews. Waited in front of the register for 5 minutes while employee worked on something else. Had to repeat parts of my order multiple times as she was clearly paying attention to something behind me. Still got part of the order wrong when I saw the receipt. Waited 20 minutes for my order. They put my food on the counter and called my number then walked away. They didn’t give me my drinks so I stood there another 5 minutes before any employee looked at me and asked me what I needed. Just terrible service all around. Whoever the store manager is needs to get in there and either fix this or find employees that understand anything about service.

They take forever to prep anything. I door dash and people need to eat on their lunch break. They take 20mins to prep a small order there’s a bunch of miscommunication amongst them, telling us the fountain is broken, then 2 employees giving us each a different drink options, another coming up to us asking what we needed then walking away without saying anything, we said something amongst ourselves and shes like CROSS CONTAMINATION (at that point why offer to help us) then at the end another employee gave us the drinks that were on the order so im assuming the fountain wasnt even broken. On 8/27/25 they were arguing with each other in front of everyone (it was awkward) everyone just needed their food.

Waited 28 minutes for a cold burger cold chicken sandwich and kids 6 pcs nugget and once again they forgot something last time it was my kis nuggets now his apple juice and it was the same person who took the order last time the manager it wasn’t even busy man come on!!!

Always waiting forever to get assisted. Some of the staff is nasty rude and disrespectful every time I go it’s always the same one person we will be nice and not say names k.! I worked in food service for 20 years and never would treat my customers with the disgusting disrespect she does. Sad part is half the time they take forever and they arnt even busy. I could and would never treat my customers this bad.

Come here occasionally. But im not sure why, if you want VERY slow service, and your order to be wrong everytime, you should come here. Convenient to post. But not worth it.

They tried to charge me $4 for 2 of the $1 ice cream. I asked why bec I was always charged $1 (we go here alot. I was just here yesterday and ordered the ice cream for $1 )they explained bec I asked to put the cone inside the cup(ive always ordered it like this to avoid making a mess in my car.) And that they’re wrong, its only $3.95. Ok, I was fine paying the 1.29 soft serve cup and the cone. Got my ice cream and it wasn’t even a full cup and no ice cream inside the cone.

i usually dont like to do this but im extremely upset right now on how rude the employees can be but thats not even the reason ! ive gotten my orders wrong, not to mention meat was really really red i couldn’t even eat my food i was disgusted!! i should have never went back after!!! but now getting home and opening my burger and it looks like the meat was bitten into or halfway cut or something idk but this is wrong in soooo many ways!!!!! since they think people wont look they dont even care for all i know they could have dropped it and just place it back! im sooo upset i dont even want another burger or anything from this burger king store!!! people check your food before u eat! i dont trust this BK your better off going off post or the one on the px than this location!!! they are RUDE and they will always get your orders wrong!!! im disgusted!
