Hidden Gem. The quality of the food is incredible and authentic. The inside is really pretty and simple café-like. Clean bathrooms and kid friendly.
Have come several times and ordered different things and it’s all been delicious, my favorite is the Beef Stew and the Braised beef noodles. The pickled bar is perfect for the soups- come here for comfort food 🙂

This place is so eclectic and serves wonderful cuisine. I had the braised Beef with chicken skewers and Thi milk tea with all the gel goodies in it!
The Beef was very tender and full of flavor. They had a bar to add all the spices stuff and cilantro you want. The place was decorated with lots of floral. It made me feel as if I were dining in a garden.
I highly recommend Big Boss Noodles and Tea!

Nice little noodle spot by Super Cao Nguyen. We tried the rice and hand pulled noodles, and both were pretty good. The broth was tasty but could use a more depth, and the braised beef was good but inconsistent in size and doneness/tenderness. The chicken skewers were amazing and were a great price for the portion size (5 skewers). The atmosphere was clean and cozy, with different styles of seating, which I thought was really cool. I love the idea of the toppings bar, but it is really small and hard to navigate – I could not imagine it if the place would have been any busier. Staff was very friendly and delivered the Ramen as well as a return visit coupon, but otherwise it is self-service so there is not a lot of staff interaction. Couldn’t finish the entire bowl and got a to go container, which was tricky to transfer from the large bowl. Overall I would give 3.5 Stars, but Google doesn’t let you do it, yet.

This is a gem of a noodle restaurant, with hand pulled noodles, soups, and authentic dishes. The counter service is very friendly and helpful. It’s and interesting twist to see the old area of Tay Ho become something new, interesting and delicious. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and relaxed. There is plenty of light and it’s a nice place to enjoy a quick meal. There is a condiment bar with multiple chili crisps and oils. The boba and tea selections are great. If you’re coming by Super Cao, this is a great place to stop for lunch. Highly recommend.

Good teas, average taste, poor portion for that price. But overall good for occasional consumption by the way the Hong Kong style wontons need more shrimps and watch the freshness temperature

So glad to have a Chinese noodle shop here in Asian District who keeps their menu simple.

The broth of the noodle is flavorful and not too salty, and guests can add spice to their liking from the island in front of the ordering counter.

I am especially delighted by the preserved vegetables that works well as an appetitizer, and better in the soup noodle, adding a layer of savory sourness to the dish.

The modern chic deco adds to the experience and noticed too of a children (and adult who are young at heart) play area if parents needed a few minutes to enjoy their meal.

This morning I was craving boba and wanted to try a new spot. I remembered there was a shop near the Asian market we usually go to, so I drove over to check it out. The atmosphere inside was really nice — chic and cozy. The staff were super sweet, friendly, and helped recommend drinks, even adjusting the sweetness to our preference.

I ended up trying the charcoal brown sugar boba milk tea with 0% sugar, while my hubby got the taro red bean sago, also with 0% sugar. Both drinks were perfectly balanced in flavor and sweetness. We also ordered the Combo King with rice — OMG, it was amazing! We’ll definitely be coming back. This place has just become one of our new go-to spots!

I stopped by Big Boss Noodle after my sister recommended it, and I’m glad I got to try it out. I didn’t have noodles this time—instead, I had the crispy salted chicken, numbing pork trotters and tried a couple of their drinks.

One thing I really liked was their self-serve side dish bar, where you can grab pickles, kimchi, soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste, and more. It adds a lot of flavor and flexibility to the meal.

The crispy chicken was flavorful, though I hoped for a bit more of that strong basil aroma I’ve experienced in Taiwan. The pork trotters were good too, but I think they’d be even better if stewed a little longer for more tenderness.

I also tried the brown sugar fresh milk tea—the Earl Grey flavor was a bit too strong for my taste, as it kind of covered up the milk flavor. But the chestnut sago drink was a standout! I haven’t seen that anywhere else in OKC, and I’d definitely come back for it.

One thing that really stood out was the kindness of the staff. The lady who helped us was about my mom’s age—so sweet and gentle. Even though English isn’t her first language, she went out of her way to assist us. It made the whole visit feel even more welcoming.

Overall, tasty food, great service, and lots of potential. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more!

A tucked away gem. Very authentic style Chinese noodle soups, can tell the noodles are hand-pulled. Boba teas are tasty with fresh soft boba, to my surprise

The staff were super helpful with navigating the menu. I had my grand boy with me so we made our selections off of the appetizer menu. We put together a satisfying light meal.
The chicken skewers were awesome. I don’t know what spices they used, but was incredible.
I got the passion fruit drink and grand boy got the black current one. We loved them!
The delivery service is handy, several months ago I was not able to leave the house and nice spicy dumplings were brought to my door.
