Considering it’s bottomless sake with all those courses, the Jackson Heights one is one of the more affordable Omakase experiences in New York.

Shiny, Yami, Sake boy were THE BEST! We just finished dinner with them, and this was the most fun my group had in so long!! I highly recommend this place—whether you’re alone or with a big group—this will be the most insane experience at an Omakase! My cup was never empty, and they made sure to make this the best experience for groups of any size. Will most definitely be coming back!

Really loved the entire experience. The chefs and staff were so much fun and really made the experience so memorable. They are not joking around with the unlimited sake haha

And of course, the food was absolutely delicious. It’s really amazing how fresh and innovative the dishes were given how affordable it is. My favorite were the king salmon and the milk toast and eel

10/10 would go again!

Just make sure you know which location you’re going to since there’s another one in Queens…not that anyone would ever make that mistake

You’re here for the vibes but it’s great that the sushi is actually pretty good as well. Really enjoyed the service and atmosphere, especially if you’re here to celebrate an occasion. Come with your camera to capture cool moments.

Sushi on Me – Williamsburg
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)

Visited Sushi on Me in Williamsburg on April 20th at 6:30 PM for a birthday celebration with a group of eight. The experience was more about the lively atmosphere than just the food.

Ambiance & Vibe:
The interior exudes a speakeasy charm—dim lighting, wood-paneled walls, and a cozy counter setup that seats about 12-15 guests. Despite the intimate setting, the energy was high, with upbeat music and enthusiastic staff encouraging toasts and camaraderie among patrons. It’s a place where strangers become friends over shared sake shots.

Omakase Experience:
The 15-course omakase, priced at $99 per person (cash only), included a variety of nigiri and sashimi. Standout dishes featured fresh cuts like madai (sea bream), scallop, and akami (lean tuna). While the sushi was good, the real highlight was the bottomless sake, which flowed freely and contributed to the festive mood.

Service:
The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and engaging with guests to enhance the experience. Their enthusiasm added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Final Thoughts:
Sushi on Me offers a unique blend of decent sushi and a vibrant, party-like atmosphere. It’s an excellent spot for group celebrations or a fun night out with friends. However, for a quiet, intimate dinner or a traditional omakase experience, this might not be the ideal choice.

One of the best dinning experiences iv ever had! Really great occasion restaurant, we went for my best friends 30th and it was perfect! I was really nervous after reading the reviews that we would feel rushed for an hours seating but didnt feel it one bit! The food and service was so so good – only a 12 person seating and it felt really intimate – they encouraged you to drink the unlimited sake and the quality of the food was so good considering the price! Some really imaginative dishes – not just the standard omakase.. Every omakase should be this fun! We left feeling very tipsy and very satisfied! Will be back for another birthday to impress in the future!

If you’re looking for a fun omakase experience with major party vibes — you need to check out @sushionmenyc

They just opened a brand new location in Williamsburg and it’s — a 15-course omakase with a Thai twist, unlimited sake , a lively clubby atmosphere, and an entertaining chef who keeps the energy high from start to finish.

For just $99, it’s a full-on omakase party with great music, amazing bites, and unforgettable vibes. Add this spot to your foodie bucket list ASAP!

This was single handedly the best dining experience I’ve ever had. I was going in expecting the sushi to be bad but to just have a fun time. The sushi was phenomenal. One of the tastiest and most creative omakases I’ve had and I’ve had A LOT. Even some Thai infused dishes.

The chefs were amazing, fun, personable, and definately made sure we had a good time. We got lucky and somehow managed to have a private seating for just the 3 of us. Im literally obsessed with this place and can’t wait to go back. It’s worth every penny. $100 pp, cash only.

We dined in for our company holiday dinner and were pleasantly surprised. This isn’t your average omakase experience. It’s a high energy, entertaining, and delicious experience. The service was great, the unlimited sake was constantly refilled generously, and the dishes were creative. I will be back.

I’ll admit that I was a bit hesitant when my cousin recommended this sushi place for dinner with my friends but it delivered in folds and we can’t wait to go back. It’s an hour omakase experience with unlimited sake and incredibly entertaining staff. The staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels like a VIP. They treat you not just as a guest but as part of their extended family, making sure every detail of your dining experience is memorable. It’s roughly $100 per person, cash only, and reservations are a must. Sushi On Me is where you can start OR end your night of debacles when visiting NYC. Did I mention the unlimited sake?
