I stopped by Big A’s Tacos and tried the carne guisada — absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell it’s made with care and authentic flavors. Great tacos. Had the picadillo with cheese. Only need one, they’re huge but reasonably priced and piping hot. This is NOT fine dining. I suspect you could show up in your pajamas and not create a stir. This is just plain old “stick to your ribs” food, fast and easy.
