I used to be a frequent customer but had to cut back on sweets. My sweetie took me to get a blueberry cheese muffin on 29 Jan and I was very disappointed because the blueberry muffins I was use to were very and soft and filled with cheese and the ones I bought 29 Jan were. I told my husband, they must be under new management. If this the case, please go back to the original recipe for the blueberry cheese muffins. You are putting too much sugar in the mix, therefore it dries the muffins out.

The owner is awesome the workers are awesome the bagels are awesome everything about the shop is awesome I highly recommend this place. Amazing bagels. Could not recommend this place enough. They get busy but keep a smile on their faces and treat you like a family friend. The prices are super reasonable. So there is not much more to say then get in hear and enjoy a bagel.

I was disappointed in this place. I gave it a second chance today but with the same result. I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel and the bacon was thinner than what you would expect from McDonald’s. I think VONS makes better bagels too.

Disappointing. Big Apple Bagels recently was sold and now has new owners. I decided not to make fast judgment because everyone deserve a chance to prove themselves. I gave it about a month and after today, I need to leave a review. The bagels themselves are way thinner than before and are very inconsistent. The egg on my order is never the same. Recently, the egg has been way smaller than the bagel itself. I also noticed that the sausage was very salty. Finally, my breakfast sandwiches have been soggy and the wrapping is all wet. I know the team is still learning and improving everyday but I’m just disappointed to see the quality go down. After today, I think I may stop attending my favorite bagel place of 6 years. I also wanted to note that they will not take orders over the phone without payment and that just makes things inconvenient now. I’m sorry you lost money on a $100+ order but maybe change the policy to not take orders over a certain amount on the phone rather than penalize those who just want to order their $6 bagel. To top things off, they didn’t make one of my bagels correct today even after reading it back to me multiple times. I wish you the best of luck but Big Apple Bagels is no longer the best in my opinion.

Bagels are good. But I was disappointed. When you ask for cream cheese every bagel place I go to, they give you a slice of cheese. This place spreads it like butter. Not enough cheese. If I want go on a diet then I wouldn’t even eat bagels. C’mon. More cheese on my bagel next time and everytime. Got to make it worth the price.

I’ve been coming here for a while, but they are recently under new management and they have seriously leveled up! Really friendly as well. So happy to have good bagels near by with local owners that I’m happy to support !
