The food was amazing! If you haven’t been, highly recommend. We brought our entire crew from work and each one of us had positive things to say. Something about the flavor in the sauce just grabs you. So good!

Staff was super kind and helped me pick out a great vegan option. Food was super good/fresh ingredients and tasted great. I removed 1 star as they are still using styrofoam cups 🙁

I normally get the stress reliever and love it!! 5 stars on the juice…I do get a wrap from time to time. I got the Mediterranean wrap and it was horrible. It was way over stuffed with ingredients. Not enjoyable at all!! It was dripping with Italian dressing. I really didn’t like it. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it. I’ve never had that problem before. By far the worst wrap I’ve ever had.

Well, it was a healthy meal until my wife spotted the cookies.
The parking is a little tight, the small dining area can be a little noisy, the food is legit: fresh and healthy. Two wraps for us; the Baja Chicken and the Mediterranean Chicken, both packed with fresh ingredients and dressing. A heathy delicious option.
And the outstanding homemade cookies….One Lavender and one Chocolate Chip. Our reward for eating healthy!
This little shop has been in business for 50 years! I think they are doing it right!

Big Al’s is my favorite place to get a sub!! I was born in 1976 and grew up right down the street! When I think of growing up in Tulsa, Big Al’s is a big part of my childhood memories! The menu has changed over the years but “The Super” is my go to sub hands down! I think The Super is what was called the Big Al Sub! Not sure, but I love it!!! Go get it with the seasoning sprinkled on it!! Go! Go Now!!

I CAN NOT believe I have waited so long to eat at Big Al’s. I love sandwiches and this is my new favorite place. EVERYTHING looked so good. The green juice was so fresh and delightful and my sandwich was perfectly loaded with all the goodness. If I could give them 20 starts, I would!

Got the ultimate salad and it was pretty good for 10 bucks. Wash it down with a strawberry banana pineapple smoothie oh so good. Probably return here on the motorcycle with the wife for seconds.

If you’re anywhere near Tulsa, THIS is where you want to eat.

Best panini and salad I’ve ever had, and their tzatziki sauce is crazy good! I’m looking forward to coming back!!

The ladies behind the counter are super cool and polite.

10/10 food and people!

I like Big Al’s. It’s been awhile since I ate here. I had lunch here, recently. It’s better than ever. So fresh! The ingredients were perfect and it was a nice portion size.
I love to have salad for lunch. They have good iced tea here, too. We like the wraps, sandwiches, and salads. I noticed most everyone there was ordering smoothies with lunch. I haven’t tried those, yet.

One of my favorite things about Big Al’s is watching the cars driving by the intersection of Harvard and 15th Street. I enjoy listening to the music they play on the stereo, too.

Casual, fair prices, long time Tulsa favorite, locally owned restaurant. Not far from the Expo, fair grounds.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very good.
Salad (no cheese – my preference) with tuna added.

#1 They ask for a tip even if you come in and get it to go.
#2 The Baja chicken wrap I ordered was not good at all. Can’t sugar coat it. Definitely won’t be back. Wouldn’t recommend.
