The consistency and quality of the food from this restaurant are extremely unreliable. On most visits, the chicken has been burned on the outside and cold on the inside. More recently, the portion sizes have noticeably decreased, which strongly suggests shrinkflation.
In today’s order, the rice was dry, crusty, and tasted as though it had been sitting out for an extended period. To make matters worse, there was a piece of plastic mixed into the steamed vegetables, something that should never occur and immediately raised serious concerns about food handling and preparation practices. This is not the first time this location has served plastic in the food as evidenced from other reviewers.
As if that weren’t enough, the chicken also contained chunks of cartilage and bone, creating a potential choking or health hazard. Given the premium prices this restaurant charges, this experience was both disappointing and concerning.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and dine elsewhere.

As someone born and raised in Honolulu, I was excited to try this place having just moved to Kansas.
For all their Hawaiian names on menu items, I don’t think they’ve ever eaten in Hawaii.
Everything is served with teriyaki sauce which is Japanese, not Hawaiian. You will rarely find teriyaki on a Hawaiian menu, and often it’s just on kids menus.
Plus their Mac salad is absolutely disgusting. The pasta was gluey, and the sauce is this weird ranch dressing that’s salty.
Their Luau Pig was very good. I think it’s probably the kind you can get in bulk at costco. Again served with a side of teriyaki which I threw away. The rice tasted old, like perhaps it was made yesterday and reheated. I did however love the fresh pineapple.
Unlikely to order from here again, but I guess it’s fine for people who have no idea what Hawaiian food tastes like.

Staying in town for the weekend as I’m from the Midwest. My little family & I were looking for something different to eat that we don’t have commonly up in the Midwest but was unsure of the places until we came across this place. The reviews were around a 4.7 star and I would agree. We had the huli huli chicken, molokai chicken, spam masubi & kilauea chicken. All 5/5! Flavors were there, food was made to order so it was fresh, waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. Will definitely be back in the future!

Love Hawaiian Bros! Molokai chicken always tasty just the right amount of spice and Mac salad is so good! Daughter loves the musubi. And of course the dole whip is always the best! Service always friendly and fast.

Staff was friendly. I got about a mile down the road and realized there wasn’t a fork in the bag. Drove back to get one which was fine, things happen I get it. As I was eating I noticed one of the pieces of chicken was slightly more reflective to pull a piece of plastic off the chicken. I hardly noticed this, mentally felt sick after pulling it off not knowing if there was pieces I didn’t notice and had already consumed. I probably will not go back to this location.

The spotless, clean restaurant, even outside the parking lot and patio, with beautiful signs and enough parking space. Inside, there is nothing extra; everything is well-allocated, and the digital stand with clear pictures. The hostess explained all about the dishes. The restaurant is very well-decorated. The seating section has plenty of space. Besides chairs, there are lovely and comfy benches. Food comes in small and large portions. We ordered chicken, which was very tender and had just enough sauce. The rice and salad were delicious. I hope it will become a national chain. Great place. Try it.

This place use to be good every visit. Now the Spam Musubi taste different. Use to have a Teriyaki like taste to me. The Huli Huli and Luau pig does not have the same flavor. I had it twice recently. Each time I didnt finish it all. The pricing and portion size is good.

Ordered via Door Dash after 10pm. Received my order quickly. Came fully protected with tamper proof tape. The food continues to be good and affordable.

First time trying this franchise. Ordered via Door Dash. My food came sealed and was delicious. I recommend the mixed plate HuliHuli chicken and Luaupig with rice and vegetables. I added the spam Musubi to try. Very good as well. The teriyaki sauce was my favorite. The pineapple bbq sauce was okay.

Tasted, easy, fast and clean. Veggie’s were a great mix of broccoli carrots and green bell pepper. Sweet and spicy was definitely not spicy so I will be adding more of a higher level of spice next time. Mac salad was good. Great customer service

Very good very friendly. The portion sizes are shrinking quickly though. Last few times I’ve been it seems like everything is getting half scoops. With the price increases can’t keep justifying going.
