I had the mapo tofu vegetarian noodles medium spicy and a cucumber salad. Noodles were so fresh, chewy and just the perfect texture! The sauce was light but I started loving it as I ate. The sauce tends to settle on the bottom, so give it a good mix. The cucumber salad was crunchy and added the right balance of freshness and sourness against the heat of the noodles. Service was quick. Enjoyed my meal here!

Stopped by on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the quick wait time and fast service. I ordered the signature dish, which is a combo of the mala spicy beef and pork rib dry mix. The pork ribs were the highlight! super tender and really flavorful. The beef was okay and didn’t stand out as much. If I came back, I’d skip the signature combo and go straight for the pork rib dry mix. Also ordered medium spice, which turned out to be pretty mild. The noodles are handmade, thick, and chewy. If you’re sharing, I’d recommend ordering an extra side of noodles.

ABSOLUTELY worth the visit. They have a great menu, amazing vibes and the service is the fastest I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to Biang Biang countless times, and has been my go to spot since I moved to cap hill. Came here on a busy Saturday night, Joined a waitlist to be seated, got seated in about 10 minutes, ordered in 2 minutes, food came out literally 3 minutes later steaming hot and fresh. I’ve never been to a sit down restaurant with that fast of service. My favorite is the spicy chicken soup. I can’t express enough how much I love this place. There’s also a bar open upstairs on the weekends with amazing vibes and great drink options.

The noodle texture was really good—I liked it a lot. However, the flavors were just okay, and the dish was way too oily.

The Mala spicy beef dry mix was disappointing. The beef was overcooked and very dry, though the pork rib was actually pretty good.

The menu is small, with not much to choose from.

Twas Love at first bite! The noodles were THICK and CHEWY and so delicious! I ordered the Mapu Spicy Tofu with soup and savored every bite of it. The portion appeared daunting but I downed it. Highly recommend this place for its delicious hand pulled noodles. I definitely will be back!

Every time I’ve been to WA and the Seattle area, I’ve come to Biang Biang. What a fun and warm restaurant, it’s decorated so cool. We usually walk from Pike and park near there. There’s usually a wait and you can join a wait-list but we got lucky and didn’t have a wait this time. There’s a decent amount of seating inside but on a busy night, it’s packed.

We got two different dishes and two drinks to try. The Mala Spicy Beef with Pork Ribs was our favorite thing from this meal. The spice and flavor were fantastic, the noodles were a great texture, and the ribs were tender and flavorful. I would come back for this dish over and over. The Cumin Soup was good, but the lamb was a bit too much and not enough flavor. The drinks we got were made well and tasted great!

Our servers and the staff were incredibly nice and checked on us frequently. They were accommodating and answered questions that we had.

I would come back for a comfort meal, some hot and warm, and fun atmosphere, and good drinks. Bring small groups, a casual date, or come enjoy a good meal!

This was our first time at Biang Biang and the food was delicious. We ordered the mala spicy beef dry noodles with double the noodles bc we split it between 2 of us. The portions are HUGE so, you can easily get away with ordering one dish. We arrived around 6:20 PM on a Saturday night and there was a line but by 7 PM it was packed!

Lots of people were also headed to Paper Fan, their speakeasy cocktail bar on the 2nd floor (reservations strongly recommended for weekends).

The noodles are hand-pulled and you can see the cooks work their magic in the kitchen. The beef was tender and flavorful and not too spicy. I can only eat Sichuan pepper in small doses since I don’t love the numbing effect it has. The nicest surprise was the crunchy and flavorful cabbage in the noodles which balanced out the rest of the dish, flavor-wise and texturally.

Will definitely go back!

Best noodles I’ve experienced. They don’t put a whole lot in the bowl necessarily but they’re made in house so it’s better quality. My kids loved the experience.

Such delicious hand pulled noodles. Super busy when we went, but it was worth the wait to eat! I got the curry chicken dry mix noodles, Sichuan honey wings, and a lychee martini

For sure a must go spot if you’re in Seattle

Biang biang is a go to for me in Seattle. The noodles are super thick and hand pulled, so they taste amazing and their popcorn chicken is also a must. The food here is simply exceptional. Although they only take walk ins the wait moves really quick as well.
