I always get to go, and most of the time I order online. I order pizza and wings a lot. Their wings are great. This time I ordered what I thought was a cheese steak online, but it was actually a cheese steak pizza. The modifications I made to it made the order look so weird that they actually called me up and made sure that my order was correct. That to me is service above and beyond and they’ve made me a loyal customer.

I know you are not a steak shop, nor trying to be. HOWEVER, I would genuinely like to give constructive criticism so that I may want to start ordering from you guys more often again when my kids want pizza.
I spent $20 on a cheesesteak with extra meat and extra cheese in hopes this would guarantee me a good cheesesteak. But PLEASE, if you are going to be a pizza shop in the Philadelphia region selling cheesesteaks, MIX THE CHEESE INTO THE MEAT!!!!! Every single person to ever order a cheesesteak from you will thank you. There is not a single soul who wants giant mouthfuls of dry steak met with globs of soggy cheese at the bottom of the roll that is now falling apart because of the concentration of cheese at the bottom.
If y’all can prioritize improving your cheesesteak game, I will frequent much more and guarantee others will follow suit.

So I’ve been eating food from best quality for years never had any issues until November 22nd, 2025. Me and my mother ordered a cheese steak around 7:33pm that was the first and last thing i had ate the next morning i woke up throwing up unbearable pain in my stomach and a headache. My mother only had stomach pain also but not as bad as mine. So once i was done throwing up for the 10th time , i called best quality pizza and asked for a manager once the manger got on the phone i let him know what was going on and that i only ate there no where else he insisted that my food poisoning did not come from them and that he was 100% . When’s that’s a lie i never got a I’m sorry I apologize this happened nothing he was very rude and they just lost a loyal customer because I just called to let them know what was going on with me and he was very rude about it

I’ve been eating Best Quality since I was about 10 years old and one thing I will honestly say is that the service, quality, and taste has never changed. My favorite thing to get any time I order is always their famous strawberry milkshake!!! They now have a second location in Clifton heights that I was just made aware of from the delivery driver. My son likes the food. We only get 1 or 2 different things from there because it really isn’t the greatest. The food is not good enough to nickel and dime you for everything. They now charge a “web charge” fee just to order online on top of the delivery fee and credit card fee. So now I have to pay for your Internet? So I have to PAY a fee to BUY the food. But they forget my roll with my platter every time, even though it states it on THEIR website that you get one. But is upset because I want it. I want to charge for that. You really need to re-consider the fee. I order from there a lot because of my son, but I won’t be anymore.
