Upon entering I was greeted not only by the friendly staff but also by a delightful playlist of ONLY Celine Dion. Absolte top marks. It’s like they saw into my heart and put it on the stereo. Stopping myself from singing along was the hardest part. Foods good too. Got a Veggie Sechuan Bowl.

Had an experience with ordering “ to go ”. The kitchen is ok. But your staff , especially at Bento on beach boulevard is awful. The girl who serviced me was so unfriendly and nervous. I really didn’t get why she was so rude. Bento , please, be patient with your clients, and if you don’t like your job – just find another one. No reason to ruin an impression of your guests about this place at all.

3 months later & tried their text promotion. Still serving it up fresh with good portions. Had some chicken katsu & pork egg roll take out. Found both sauces & katsu sauce seemed strange. Luckily, have a bottle of katsu sauce in fridge. Promotion & service was good.

Regrettably, my experience with the spicy tuna roll was highly disappointing. The smoked, cooked tuna on top of the roll deviated from traditional sushi norms. BENTO is the best place to get your poke bowls! You can custom them yourself: they have many different options of toppings, proteins, and sauces! Everything is so tasty, big crush on the shitake mushrooms. The portions are perfect, the regular bowls are big enough for anybody to feel completely full after eating the entire thing. The place is really pretty and well decorated! I also liked that we can see the chefs making the sushi or the bowls from across the counter.

Staff is friendly enough, but overpriced ($20 for a compo meal) and always have some issue here. First time, the restaurant was empty, but I left after not getting my food for 30 minutes. Tried again and they forgot to give me everything I ordered. By the time I got home, it wasn’t worth going back. There are better (and cheaper) options out there.

Abysmal. They haven’t managed to get an order out on time in two weeks, never keeping the doordash driver waiting for less than 20 minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be done. If you want Chinese food go to Chan’s accross the street instead, or for Sushi or Japanese go to Kamiya 86. Avoid this place unless you have an hour to sit around.
