5-8-2023. This was our first visit. We stopped for lunch and were surprised with the large menu selection. Since pizza was on our minds, we ordered the Supreme and were very satisfied. The thin, New York style crust was perfect and the toppings were delicious! We will eat here again when in the area.

Great spot. The service is great. I didn’t exactly know that to order. Was having an off day… I was pleasantly surprised to a meal that wasn’t exactly on the menu and delicious. Not sure what you call what I had but philly cheese steak burrito would be close. Thanks for helping with a great suggestion and surprise fries. Definitely worth the stop and I’ll be back soon.

So I paid $18+ for shrimp and steak tacos. Come with rice and beans and guacamole. This is the first time it did not take over 1-1.5 hours for me to receive my order, even when I pick up. I have had poor experience before but never bad enough to make a stink over, though I will say their tamales are more Maza than filling. But I digress. I went to dress my tacos and say a tail on the shrimp, ok they missed one right? NOPE! All of them were like this. Then after digging through my tacos, I find that all the steak is essentially burnt pebbles. I try a burnt shrimp so see because I’m hungry obviously and you can’t eat it. It tastes horrible because it was burnt on what I am assuming is a flat top that hasn’t been scrapped all day. So then I try the rice, again I’m hungry. It’s not cooked. I’m Spanish. I’ve eaten and made rice my entire life. Just go get yourself a box of uncle bens if you aren’t familiar with how to cook it cuz this ain’t worth it.

I honestly dont know how this place stays in business. The food is disgusting and tastes like a shaker of salt has covered everything. I’m surprised by positive reviews. When we first moved here, we didn’t know better and ordered food so we could unpack. It was so nasty we literally fed it to our dogs (they were closed so no refund/return). We figure they stay in business from people passing through from highway.

We frequently visit Benny’s for their variety of options both Mexican and Italian foods as well as special requests. We have not had a meal to disappoint. Service was a bit slow But, well worth the wait. The food is savory and comes plated to please. The options are great and prices are very reasonable

I have ordered take out from here a couple of times. Each time, our food has been excellent. You can tell the dough from the pizza is hand tossed and made from scratch. It is the best pizza in the area. The service has always been exceptional and quick.

Absolutely the BEST pizza in Surry County. Ask for the crust to be extra crispy, you will not be disappointed!! BTW they have a 24″ (I think) Monster that is a great value!

Very slow service due to limited staff. Pizza was pretty good. Said was fresh but not interesting. A few olive pieces. Two small tomato slices, and a bit of shredded cheese.
