First time customer, hope to come back. I came for pupusas but want to try more. My favorite revueltas I’ve had in the city. Tried loroco because I learned about it recently. Not my favorite but still super good. Casual, low stress. I could’ve gotten by with ordering in Spanish but the staff speaks English and we stuck with that. Gonna think about the revuelta for the rest of the week

In my opinion, Benito’s Place has some of the best papusas in the city, but the rest of the menu shouldn’t be ignored either! Fried plantains and bistec were also great choices. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that several customers were watching videos on their phones in the restaurant without headphones, which was loud and disturbing. I would expect staff to politely handle that kind of situation.

Cute little shop. Very welcoming. The food is great. Ordered 3 pupusas. They were piping hot and fresh. Also got the fried tilapia with rice, beans, and salad. This was great! The fish tasted fresh, tender and well seasoned.

Hands down the best Pollo con Tajadas I’ve ever had in my life! I used to come here weekly when I worked in DC, and now I still make the 30-minute drive just to get my fix. The flavor, the freshness, the authenticity—everything is spot on. If you’re looking for real, authentic Honduran food, this is the place to go. Absolutely worth every mile!

The food was amazing, the person who served us was friendly and asked if we were visiting / how the food was. It wasn’t too busy, and honestly it was the cheapest meal I ate in D.C.!

This place really surprised me. Looking through the front window it seemed very small inside. So glad I gave it a chance though. The people inside were super pleasant and welcoming. It’s been a long time since I had fried plantains. Delicious. I’ll wait for the food was a little longer than expected. The food made up for it though. The prices were good since we got a very large portion. My only real warning is that they don’t have bathrooms. If you’re in the area you should stop by.
