The restaurant is clean and has the same Little Caesars atmosphere that I’m used to in the south. The service was average and nothing special. The food was very below average compared to the Little Caesars I’ve had elsewhere. The pizza was hard and tasted like it had been made 12 hours ago. Definitely not that classic “Hot and Ready” style pizza i was hoping for.

I should have know it was going to be an issue when I seen the girl in the back wearing slippers! Pizza was trash! Cut all different size slizes and it’s almost like they took a hot and ready, added cheese and tossed it in the oven! It was an online order! The crazy bread was in fact crazy! Thin as all hell! Tried calling them and they straight up won’t answer the phone! NEVER AGAIN! TRASH!!

Ordered the steak and cheese puffs. Opened the box when I got home and 2 were missing! Obviously it had been tampered with, because the grease spots were still there ! Tried calling multiple times, no answer.we were starving and the pizza was whole, so we decided to try that and as others have mentioned, the pizza was very undercooked.

Extra most bestest cheese pizza is definitely just a regular cheese pizza. It’s happened multiple times. I pay extra for it and just get a regular cheese pizza.

Called in an order on 7/26 as the online order system didn’t process. I had called an hour ahead with a precise pickup time of 6:15 pm so I could get the pizza on my dinner break. I arrived a few minutes after 6:15, and was told the order wasn’t ready. I paid on my credit card, and after a few minutes asked for an update on the status of my order.
*Only at this point* was I told that whomever took the phone order had “forgotten” to make the pizza, and it was just being made now. I was told it would be ready “in a few minutes.” As I work security, my employer is very particular about how long I can be away from my post. Fortunately another employee was able to cover for me, or I would have been docked more than the cost of the pizza. Had I been informed that my order was lost when I first arrived, I definitely would not have waited.
Please train your employees to inform customers of a mix-up like this BEFORE they’re charged, so they have the option to wait or go elsewhere.
Based on this experience, I highly doubt I’ll return. Highly dissatisfied.

I love little Cesar’s cheesy breads! This is what I come in for so I was excited to find one in my area. I asked for two boxes but they only had one left I took it once I got home I gulped 2 down only to realize it was raw dough with melted cheese on top I thought alright I’ll stick in the air fryer but that didn’t help I ended up having to rip off the cheese and try again so now I’m sitting here hungry and dissatisfied because it’s not the same.
Update now they’re over done I guess next time I’ll just get cheesy bread from dominoes

I ordered online. It was done on time. Going in to pick up was fast. However.
The Buffalo wings were rotisserie. The soda I paid for is missing. I have tried calling them and can’t reach a human. In addition ? I was ordering on the Fall River site and it defaulted to New Bedford. When you look at the app for menu? It’s a list of nutrition facts. Someone needs to fix the online program and someone needs to answer the phone to handle errors. To drive back isn’t possible I don’t live in the area. I travel through a lot.

Either they are short staffed or they just don’t move quick enough. I don’t like to point any fingers. But Doordash orders are slowly prepared and not ready within 10 mins of pickup.
