We made prior reservation the day before, it was for a graduation celebration. It was amazing, we had a wonderful show on the griddle. The service, The chef, The food was excellent. It is a nice place to have some good time with family and friends and the restaurant has a very nice sea view. We took plenty of pictures.

Came at 8:00 to our reservation, we got our table 8:30 and waited until 10:30 to have water, server came and play stupid saying it wasn’t her table and left and then at 10:50 she came back again after we talk to the lost manager and took our order. Pathetic chef cook at 11:15 and we left 11:45. hours of freaking thirsty nightmare this place is a mess the whole staff is completely lost and rude. Chef was pathetic and I couldn’t believe the portion of our dinner and the way it was handed to me wasn’t right and is not desirable to eat. What a shame with this nice location totally a failure from management. Will never visit Benihana ever again. btw please corporate or whoever cares up there. Please teach your nasty cleaning crew they can’t clean the tables and sits with the same used dirty red napkins left from customers. Unsanitary and disgusting.

Last evening, we went to Benihana to use our $30 birthday dinner coupon that we receive every year from them for our birthdays. The coupons are good for approx 3 weeks or so. We chose the Teppanyaki experience as always.

This place needs prior reservation, if you want a show on the griddle, but you can still ask for a regular table. The drinks in my experience were not the best. The food was very good. To share with the family it is a nice experience and the restaurant has a very nice sea view.

Valentina, the host was very kind and professional. She impressed me the most out of all the staff that was working that day. Lunch was delicious, I had the steak and the shrimp with fried rice. All the taps weren’t working so I had to get bottled beer.

My family and I dined here on May 29, 2023. We were seated immediately at arrival and experienced a minimal wait to be serviced. Franco, our waiter, was very attentive and Fernando, our hibachi MASTER chef was AMAZING! He made our experience top notch ! Our children were amazed at his skills as he was most entertaining and the food was delicious! Fernando and Franco get 10/10!!! We will definitely be back.

This place is a hit or miss with me. Some visits are pleasant and some are unfulfilling. The waiters and cooks sometimes not as welcoming and attentive as they should be. I did notice a change my last visit due to the young lady Natalie going out her way to make sure our experience was satisfactory. Hopefully she can take it back to top tier restaurant I remember.
