My second time there in years. Everything was very nice and delicious. Great drinks. The only thing is that I had a reservation and I requested to have the staff sing Happy Birthday to my guest and I had to ask again in person so I believe they should be paying attention to the guest request.

Clean & Net. food is fresh not over seasoned Your server Naomi gave excellent attention, she understood my group needs to be comfortable, their 1st. time experiencing your establishment. They are still bragging about the drinks that they had. We ordered extra dinners to go, to bring bk to the office for others, they expressed the next day their enjoyment.

Had a lively date night at this Benihana in Midtown Manhattan – it was bustling even on a weekday! Sharing a table with two other parties was unexpectedly fun and added to the great vibe. The service was commendable despite the crowd. Had to wait a bit too long for the chef to start the teppanyaki show, but the entertaining cooking performance made up for it. A four-star spot for a unique dining experience, just be ready to embrace the crowd and the wait!

nice place and environment, but we got the water 45 minutes after we were seated, with the drinks also. The service was very slow, maybe short of people or a poor management. Food was good, although the chef took some of the food in a to go box we felt stole from our protein.

I’ll be honest, I’ve had better hibachi than this. It was not terrible but it’s mostly hype. It’s a tad bit louder than what it should be inside and it’s quite small, similar to sitting in a school cafeteria in sections. The chef took extremely long to come to the table granted it was a busy late night. The wait was for the chef was long due to a “regular” customer who requested a specific chef and they accommodated them as if we were all in the same party together. That sucked because unfortunately, the rest of us at the table had to wait very long, almost 40+ mins for an accommodation of two people.

I had a fantastic experience with Andelle (excuse the spelling if wrong) he was professional, funny, quick and respectful of our hunger. I really appreciate his hard work. Thank you soooooooo much.

The atmosphere was perfect; I stopped in this past Wednesday for a bite to each following a stroll down the infamous Fifth Ave Shops- 59th St. Around noon I ordered the lunch option: filet mignon, with chicken fried rice and veggies. Also, it came with a delicious broth soup. For my beverage choice I decided on a glass of Merlot. I went with the 14 Hands- Washington State choice; next time I will try the Duckhorn from Napa Valley, CA. My overall experience was great. Perfect option if you are close to the area and like hibachi style cuisine. I also want to highlight my server Shahana (I will leave her business card in the photo options.) And a thank you to chef Aneury for such a wonderful experience. 5/5

It’s a great experience & family friendly. Took awhile to get our chef but it was a fun time with family. The only downside – The cook could’ve been more entertaining with the tricks & waiter more attentive to taking the orders correctly.
