I went to this location with my wife to get a scoop of ice cream after dinner. We were helped by an employee name Emma, and she was so great. I explained that I had a dairy allergy and she was more than willing to get a fresh scoop. She even went and got a fresh non-dairy ice cream to scoop from. She definitely went above and beyond. Tremendous customer service!

Overall, the ice cream is fine. The service at this location, is another story. My receipt says we worked with Ashley – and Ashley appears to either really hate her job, really hates working with people, or was having a very rough day. Of course having a rough day is fine, it happens to us all but it’s hard to accept rude behavior from someone providing you a service.

I wanted to give them 6 stars but 5 was the highest option. The ice cream is exactly what you would hope for. Just little scoops of chocolate heaven in a bowl. I have been a fan of BJ’s for a long time. This one did not disappoint. If you are in the mood for some seriously good frozen treats, then stop in and give it a go!

It was a frustratingly humid night, I had just gotten off of work with an insatiable hankering for ice cream. Despite it being 9:50, ben and jerry’s was open. but what surprised me was the exceptional customer service. No, not customer service… but hospitality. Even with 10 minutes until close, the young man working there (i believe his name was khalid) was enthusiastic and friendly. He gave me an in depth analysis of optimal flavor combinations. he knew his flavors almost by heart. I left, almost saddened to see the experience end, but promised him I would come back. 10/10 this was the ethos of the classic ben and jerry’s experience I fondly remember from my childhood.

Ben and jerry have a variety of ice creams and I tried “The tonight dough” which was good. But non of the ice creams I tried had flavor like in Baskin Robins.

Went here for a date night. The ice cream is amazing and fresh. EVERYTHING is good but I recommend “chocolate therapy” for chocolate lovers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and cute!

I went on free ice cream cone day, which is a good measure of how efficient and welcoming the staff are. I know it was probably a very busy day, but the staff they had working shifts were cruising through the line with a smile. I hardly waited five minutes to get a delicious vanilla ice cream cone. Otherwise, they’ve been very accommodating with providing ice cream cakes and other amenities.

Shop was small but cute, staff was super friendly and you could tell they were used to helping people from out of town and I appreciate that in tourist areas. Ice cream was delicious and was surprisingly cheap for being a big brand/downtown Nashville. Kids loved it, we will definitely come back!

Sooooooo gooooood! The ice cream was so yummy and it didn’t hurt my tummy so it was easy on my digestion which is hard to find‼️ The cones come in sprinkles or dipped in chocolate which is pretty cool! The brownie was warm and fresh‼️
