Ben and Jerry’s ice cream is pretty good! I got the cherry Garcia flavor and it was pretty delicious! The only issue with Ben and Jerry’s is the price. $7.49 for a small ice cream?? That’s crazy!!! Another issue is they were out of half of the ice cream flavors! The staff was nice though!

Ben & Jerry’s is the same everywhere so the ice cream was good of course. The customer service is the reason for 2 stars. When my daughter and i walked in no one greeted us, then we stood at the serving case for about 5mins staring at the two women waiting for them to greet us or at least ask what we would like. Awkward and quite rude in my opinion. I’ll never understand rude service employees. Customers like myself didn’t do anything to you but happily come to spend our money. If i were alone i would’ve walked out but my daughter really wanted ice cream. I’d recommend hiring more gleeful and pleasant employees to work at the establishment.

Awesome customer service. They get crowded, but the staff is very fast and patient. Helps that the ice cream is delicious. Also, it can be a little costly if it’s more than 4 ppl getting ice cream.

I was frustrated by the company unwillingness to return native lands back to indigenous people like the concern they expressed publicly recently. As a Native American, I demand this waterfront property back or a significant discount on ice cream. At $8.00 for a small cone, they can afford to share. 🙂

On Sunday, June 5 2023, my daughter and I had an extremely wonderful experience at the Yorktown VA B&J. We had been searching for her cell phone all over the area and as a last ditch effort, we stopped in to ask if anyone may have turned her phone in to BJ as it is listed as a “lost and found”. Luckily, we were enthusiastically greeted by Josh. We explained our dilemma, and we saw the gleam in his eye as he asked some details about the phone. He promptly went to the back and retrieved the phone. Needless to say, we were ecstatic!! We wanted to buy all sorts of things and Josh and his associate, Roger patiently and enthusiastically waited on us. We just want the managers to know how much we appreciated their kindness, patience and courtesy. Josh was attentive and aware of what is happening on his shift and knew exactly what we were looking for. He asked the right questions before turning over the phone . Both Josh and Roger were on their best game: they were friendly, professional and very well trained. You don’t get that too much these days. Josh and Roger are keepers! . Karen and Kaley
