Oh my goodness…I’m stunned at the negative reviews. I love sushi but I’m pretty selective about what exactly I eat because I’m a stickler for fresh fish (I do not like fishy fish). I’ve been meaning to check out Belly Fish since moving to Miami a few months ago and finally had the chance to do so this past weekend. It was AMAZING. Holy moly. The quality of fish here for the price is truly excellent (and the salmon is sourced from the Faroe Islands!).

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! I come from NY and know that high quality sushi is hard to find in FL but this is my 15th time eating from this restaurant. We love love love it !!! Love the service when we go there and love the freshness and the packaging on the deliveries! We have been ordering weekly for our office and everyone is obsessed with this place!!!

This place knows their craft! The sushi is delicious. The order came out quickly. It looked so delicious that I forgot to take pictures and just shoved my face with the little delights. They tasted so fresh. We paired them with a beer. They have a wonderful selection of sushi. We did see lots of people doing pick up orders. A must visit for good sushi. Just go to the Dragon park and you are at the location.

Belly Fish is amazing!!! I order from here a few times a month. My favorite is the tuna tostada and the crispy rice spicy tuna. All of the food here is AMAZING and super fresh! I highly recommend.

Hidden gem. Highly recommend this place! Food is so fresh and delicious! People who gave less stars for small portions?! C’mon you guys! This is quality food, packed with nutrients! We should be grateful for the smaller portions. And if you eat slower with enjoyment and chopsticks it’ll satisfy you for sure. Everything I’ve tried so far was flavorful and fresh. You can order to go or sit at one of the outside tables and enjoy Pegasus fighting dragon sculpture. I wish it was lit at night and the water fountain was on… Also beautiful azulejos remind me of Portugal… Very grateful for this place and hard working people. Give them a try! Support local business! ♥️

Pictures looked phenomenal, reality was disappointing. The fish did not feel fresh and was cut very small. I particularly had an issue with the Australian Wagyu sushi roll, the meat felt like it had been sitting around and three of the pieces were inedible due to having chunks of cold chewy fat on the meat. The chutoro hand roll was okay but felt and tasted like I could’ve gotten it from a grocery store.
