They were taking orders 1 by 1 at the drive-thru. The mozzarella fries were so undercooked I couldn’t even eat them. Forgot sauces. Almost forgot ice cream cones until I waited at the window to remind them. Terrible experience, honestly.

My burgers were raw. Manager didn’t care and even handed me my order. Told me to come back to get a refund or replacement. Not sure who would go back and trust him to make my food. They need a new manager. This store lost my business.

Clean dining room. Friendly service. Food was good but the coffee was super cold and dishwater but it was close to switch from breakfast to lunch time, so I guess I can understand why. All in all, I think we got what we paid for. Thanks!

Food is always great, I am normally a breakfast customer. But have noticed whenever I come here the ketchup from the dispenser is very watered down. Would have 5 stars if management would order ketchup and not try to skimp by putting water in the mix

I went here today to get the barbecued whopper brisket because my dad was raving about it after I got the sandwich. There was basically no brisket on it at all. I should’ve called in, but I just don’t wanna ruin peoples days, but he said his had plenty of brisket on it so I hope that they’ll either give me my money back or give me a free sandwich. The next time I go to try this sandwich because I was ripped off with basically having no brisket

1st they ain’t have any cherry coke which I thought all BKs had a a freestyle machine so I didn’t believe that. Then I order 10 French toast sticks and they don’t give me a single syrup to dip them in.

Doors locked at 5:30 PM on a Saturday. No sign on the door saying they were closed. Drove 5 minutes to the Burger King by Rural King and had a great experience. This location still can’t get it together. It’s amazing that this one is still around, it’s been the worst Burger King in the area for over 10 years, and continues to be.
