They charged me $18 for a pizza without cheese, cold and hard. They refused to remake it. They also refused to refund me. These people are SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My money is insured, I also have consumer rights. I will be reporting you, as well as charging the the funds back. Your pizza is trash!

Amazing pizza, they were super busy when I went to pick up my pizza it hadn’t been put in the oven yet (I was a little early anyways so no worries), so I was waiting for it to be make and in no hurry. But listening to them talk to each other was hilarious and made me laugh several times. I have to shout out Camille, who I think was the team lead, she was keeping morale high which is always hard when s business is super busy.

This is by far the best Bellagios locations I’ve been to. They are always early, the pizza is fresh and hot and to boot we just ordered the cheese sticks without garlic which is not a normal thing and they realized they made the item with garlic and noticed the mistake and instead of providing something not ordered, they made a larger version the way we asked for it. Additionally the couple of times we’ve had delivery, I’ve had a younger male (reminds me of my nephew) deliver my order he has always been so personable, kind and just an all around good person. Love this location and recommend to all.

We moved to Oregon City recently and bought a house and decided on a whim to give this place a try. I love pretty much all pizza and my wife is partial to only some. We used GrubHub the first time, and have done pickups through their website for the other 2-3 times we’ve gone. We’ve always picked up the Butcher Block extra large pizza and it’s extremely good. Their dough is SO good and everything about their pizzas is excellent. The service is good and we haven’t had any issues. We plan to keep going here for premium pizza. It’s worth every penny.
