Absolutely LOVE this coffee shop! The coffee is amazing every time. The staff is absolutely the BEST! I like to order online and they always have my drink ready with 4 little dog bones bc they know I bring all my pups and I do not give them the pup cup. Everyone is so friendly every time. I drive 15 mins out of my way to enjoy this coffee shop! Highly recommend ❤️

We had a very bad experience two times at this location. I placed mobile orders both times and still waited over 20 minutes to receive our drinks. One frozen drink came out before the other and melted by the time the second drink came out. This most recent visit we also waited over 20 minutes and when I received my drink it had curdled, powdery chunks in it. I payed nearly $8 for this drink that was not even drinkable. Photos of the drink are included. I unfortunately would not recommend this location.

Thankful that I pulled up at 6 and they close at 6, but she was so kind to still serve us with a smile. Cookies and cream shake was good!!! Always great customer service when I go.

damn i’m finna sound like a karen but if you want a complete honest review the service was terrible and my drink tasted watered down which wasn’t a surprise when i heard the cashier tell the barista “it was supposed to be iced” then gave me a medium drink less than two minutes later…i ordered a large by the way. I came back to get the size i asked and payed for because i had five dollars off and used it therefore my original drink price was two dollars and some cents but im assuming they were not in the mood to remake it which is crazy because they actually looked like they had enough staff today soooo i left. P.S miss my old cashier she was tea at her job and in general but unfortunately she moved to the leesburg location so i guess i will just go there from now on

The coffee was definitely bitter the morning I went. I wanted everyone at my work to be able to try it. So I bought a large cup and poured some for everyone. Only one person liked it, and the rest poured out their drinks, not a good thing for a coffee shop. I will definitely go back because the food was that good and reasonably priced, but I don’t know about trying that coffee again.

Absolutely love everything on the menu, cannot go wrong. People are gorgeous and very welcoming, and make me feel at home every time I go! Highly recommend, if you’re gonna pay Starbucks prices, trust me, this place is well worth it, puts It’s competitors to shame! Respectfully. The breakfast is amazing too! Highly recommend trying the Tuxedo Freezer, and Bacon egg and cheese on their delicious Asiago Bagel!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALL THE STAFF HERE!! From the manager on down they KNOW my order sometimes when they see me pull up they have my order made before I even order talk about service!! From the smiles,the great coffee and personable experience there’s no other place I would rather get my Tuscany toffee hot half sweet than here!! BEST COFFEE SHOP EVER!!!

We came in well an hour before close, but due to service not being fast enough, getting to the window 10 mins later at 5:57 they refused to toast a bagel. Not a sandwich, not croissant, a bagel. The lady at the register was all for it and then some other lady came out and said that they would not toast a bagel. Absolutely ridiculous to deny toasting a bagel, just an excuse not to actually do your job. Service should end at close, not an hour beforehand to pre close.
