I had ordered a week in advance 15 large pizzas and 2 large party salads for my family get together that was to be after my rehearsal for my wedding. I ordered as I said and paid the restaurant in full for all the food $336.00+ for everything. Samatha took my order and promised and guaranteed that the 15 pies and two salads would be ready for pick up on December 4 as I requested at 6 PM for family members to pick up for me as I was at my rehearsal for my wedding.
At 6:30 my relatives that I had sent over to get the pizzas went there to pick up the full order that should have been ready by 6 PM.
I had over 40 guests waiting at my clubhouse for the food that was not ready for my family members who were picking it up for me and did not receive the food until 7 o’clock. One hour later then requested and promised!
This is very upsetting this kind of customer service. I paid them a lot of money. This wasn’t just a $20 dinner. This wasn’t even $100 dinner. This was almost $400 worth of food and ordered a week before with specific instructions to have it ready and waiting by 6 o’clock of the ordered pizzas and salads. Very upsetting service that they didn’t even fulfill the requested time and was one hour late. I had guest waiting for food that had traveled not only from out of state, but even out of the country to come for our family gathering, and it was quite embarrassing. There was no apology from the restaurant, not I’m sorry and there was not even an offer of compensation for the screwup and bad customer service and it was very disappointing.
Though they make a very good pizza pie, which I will not take that away from them. But for their customer service and how they handle the situation I will not be returning to the restaurant for any future purchases.
I just felt that they handled it very unprofessional and lack of empathy for their falling short of not satisfying the order in a timely fashion that was requested a week before and one hour late to receive everything that was paid in full a week before.
I guess they felt because I was already paid in full, they really didn’t care to see or go above and beyond in customer service to fulfill what I had asked them a whole week earlier. They had stated prior they could handle this large of an order in the time requested. But unfortunately, I had over 40 people waiting in a clubhouse for food that still was not done or received by my pick up relatives for my event.
So as I said, I normally do not do reviews, but their customer service and how they handled falling short, left a lot to be desired as a business.

Confirms my feelings of customer service, they are lacking any care to the consumer.
The dough and sauce were very fresh and flavorful as well.
It was my first time eating here, so I’m curious to try some of their other pizzas and pastas next time, as they looked good in the pictures!
Everything was good. The food was really hot.
The Alfredo with the bread sticks was yummy.
The marinara was good. The spaghetti was really good.
The sauce on my chicken picatta was a lil thin and so hot it was not tasty unfortunately.. I thought it came with Angel hair but I got spaghetti.
The restaurant is clean.. and lovely inside.
But at night the outside is not inviting. The windows are blacked out and the sign is unreadable.. so my husband said it looked shady.
But it was good on Google reviews so luckily we went in. It is good.
Didn’t get a chance to check out the chocolate mousse cake.. but will next time!
Great service each time.
