Excellent service and lovely food!
Our server (pretty sure he was the manager — and a very handsome one ) was amazing! He greeted us so warmly and gave us a nice table. I came with my mum, and we had carbonara and spaghetti with meatballs — both were super tasty! Maybe could’ve used a bit less oil and a touch more sauce, but honestly, can’t complain. You can tell the chefs make everything with care and pretty fast too! ✨

The food was absolutely delicious and prices were very affordable and worth it. The staff were kind especially one of the hosts, Vicky, lovely, helpful woman, never had an issue and always got what we needed. Would recommend, family, friends, suitable for anyone to come here and eat.

Average food. The service was also average, staff took the order but didn’t really engage beyond that.
Unfortunately, the tea cups and the glass for tap water were dirty, which was disappointing and affected the experience. Table was sticky and had some crumbs on it.

I used to be a fan—until this offensive piece of trick marketing.

My wife and I decided to go to Bella Italia after watching a movie. When we saw the sign outside offering 25% off food with any cinema ticket, we thought it was a nice bonus. So we had our dinner and showed our tickets to one of the staff members. He checked with the manager and came back saying the offer only applies from Sunday to Thursday.

I paid the full price and thought, “Maybe I missed that detail.” But when I went outside and looked again at the poster, there was nothing about the days—just a tiny “T&Cs apply.” I went back in and showed it to the manager, who told me that the “T&Cs apply” means I should have asked first.

That’s not fair marketing—it’s misleading. It makes you feel tricked, like the brand is trying to make a fool out of you. And it’s not about the small discount I lost; it’s about how they made me feel.

In marketing, we say that brands don’t sell products—they sell feelings. Bella Italia sold me the feeling of being fooled. And that’s why I won’t go back.

We had a lovely experience at Bella Italia in MK1. Our server, Denissa, was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The food was well priced and offered great value for money. We were especially impressed by the range of gluten-free options available, which made dining with allergies incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, a great meal and excellent service! We’ll definitely be back!

Not gonna lie, we originally came for the £5 pasta deal, but we stayed for the quality! The Lasagne arrived piping hot straight from the oven, and the Mushroom Risotto was so delicious it’s worth a return visit alone. Portions were solid, too. Hot chocolate tasted like the one I made at home though. Vicky looked after us brilliantly and helped us claim free garlic dough balls through the app. Such a great lunch and highly recommended!

Our server was Dianne who was excellent. In fact we eat here regularly and find all members of staff to be very good. We just have one minor issue, it would be good if there was some consistency with the lasagne. We order this regularly as generally it is very tasty, however, it is never the same twice. For example, sometimes there is no, or very little, béchamel sauce and other times there is too much!
