Great golf experience (even in winter). ⛳ I like this place better than Top Golf because the facilities are just as good but the price is much better. We booked a bay for 3hr for a team event.
Food was also better than I expected. I ordered the salmon bowl for lunch, and it was quite filling and flavorful.
Service though was spotty/slow. They seemed understaffed, but it may have been due to the holiday season and there were a couple of groups/team events there.
PRO TIP: Dress warmly if it’s cold because the heaters only do so much.

We visited on Labor Day. The Facebook specials that were advertised were not honored, which was disappointing. The food runner seemed annoyed, and our server—while doing their best—was clearly stretched too thin. To make matters worse, a table broke in the bay next to us, and the same server had to handle that issue along with all their other guests. Where was the manager during all of this?
On the positive side, the games were fun since we could switch them up. We enjoyed finishing our food and drinks out on the patio and had a good time playing cornhole and Jenga.

Crista was AMAZING. She made my birthday celebration very pleasurable. The food was tasty and hot. They offer mocktails. I received a free scoop of ice cream for my birthday. I really enjoyed the different golf courses. You’re not charged the one time fee per guest if you’ve never been before. There wasn’t anything that could’ve been done better.

This place is almost an exact copy of Top Golf. That’s not a bad thing. Beer and liquor prices were very reasonable. Food price were decent for the size of the food. Had a great time. Mondays they have half price bay rentals. They worked with us on the number of people and on extending the play time. We did reserve our bays the day before we went. Lots of different games to play for plays of all abilities.

Fantastic experience at Back 9!
I rolled up on a busy Saturday evening with zero reservation (my fault!) and was honestly expecting to be turned away, especially since they had multiple large group events going on. To my surprise, the staff was incredibly welcoming and told me they could squeeze me in within 20 minutes. That alone already had me impressed.
While I waited, I posted up at the upstairs (2nd floor) bar and was lucky enough to be served by the beautiful and awesome bartender Lily — hands down one of the friendliest and most talented bartenders I’ve ever met. She made me an Old Fashioned that was legitimately one of the best I’ve ever had: perfectly balanced, great bourbon selection, and just the right touch of orange and cherry. It was so good I almost didn’t care how long the wait was!
Once my bay opened, the bay was clean, the tech worked flawlessly, and I ended up staying way longer than planned. The vibe is fun, the staff is genuinely hospitable, and they clearly know how to handle a packed house without making anyone feel rushed or forgotten.
Back 9 has instantly become my go-to spot. Huge shoutout to Lily and the whole team for turning a walk-in into a 10/10 night. Highly, highly recommend!

Bethany with Offline – Go for the mac and cheese, the French fries, and the corn ribs. I’ve never had corn ribs before, but these were fantastic. They were so buttery it was remiscent of popcorn and I dislike corn regularly. The Mac and Cheese was creamy and a little spicy. Get it as a standalone side if you want to try it, instead of subbing it for your entree side. The French fries were perfectly crispy and piping hot.

A fun time , different games , everyone in our party of 16 said they had a good time and would like to do it again . Food was good and service was good. Our waitress Daniele was cheerful ,great smile and answered all the questions from each person that had one. Since it was our 1st time she helped us log in and get started . Will be requmend to friends for sure!

We have been to Back 9 several times and had good experiences. This last visit has been incredibly frustrating. We visited on November 8th for my sons birthday and I had booked 2 bays on line ahead of time. The day before, I attempted to change my reservation online however, it would only allow me to change the number of people. I changed it to 8 people but it would not cancel the second bay. The next morning, I called and left a message, no call back. I called a second time and talked to a gentleman to explain that I only needed one bay but that their system wouldn’t let me change it online. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone said he would change it, not to worry. When we arrived, a young lady checked us in and stated that we had two bays reserved. I explained the situation, that I had tried online and called that morning and then called back again a spoke to someone who was supposed to remove the second bay from our reservation. She explained to me that they would run my card for the amount still owed, but that once it processed it would then somehow refund my money. That sounded very unusual but I went along with it. Now I know that I should have pushed back on the charge. I never received the refund, so I reached out and spoke to a manager. He said not a problem, I’ll send an email and refund you for the second bay but it could take upto 10 days. I waited, no refund, I did however receive an email that showed my full payment but no refund. I have called back and left messages two more times. No one will return my call. The new system forces you to pre-pay 50% which seems reasonable but if you try to make adjustments, it is impossible. Not to mention the $15.25 processing fee. If your card processor charges 7% you can find one that charges less. I also forgot to mention that I emailed the contact on their website, I received no response from the email. My last resort is a bad review, and I will continue to call.

Clean, good food, good variety of drinks, good service, good variety of electronic games you can play while golfing that keeps it fun for all ages and skill levels.
We had a group of kids 6-10 and they all had fun thanks to the different games you can play. Adults also had fun even though we had a wide range of skills. Great spot for family events!
