A kind associate took my order. My order was ready in 1 minute. This Frosty just tastes like a vanilla ice cream topped with strawberry jelly. I thought it was a waste of my money. Here is a picture of it below.

If I could leave no stars I would. I pull up to the drive thru and I am greeted with, “we changing shifts can you come inside?”

I replied, “No I can’t.” Because I really can’t.

“It will be 10 minutes before I can take your order.”

I replied, “no problem I can wait”

“Can you pull up off the timer”

I replied, “no I can’t”
I know how important the timer is however, that’s neither here nor there. Shift change has nothing to do with anything. Just wanted the owner to know what’s happening at this location. It’s a little after 2PM on a Thursday

At this point it’s several cars behind me. I place my order and I’m asked to pull up to the black railing. All the cars behind me receive their order and pull off and I’m still sitting at the black railing until I reverse back to drive thru window. The little girl in the drive thru is making comments under her breathe about other customers

The manager asks me to move and I refuse to at the point. Another gentleman comes and asks me to move and at this point I could’ve been had my food. It’s been almost 10 mins now still no JBC. I finally receive my food and it’s not even warm enough to melt the cheese. The bun is hard and the fries are cold.

Hire some folks who value customer service and serving fresh, hot food !

Disrespectful and horrible sent someone In to buy a meal was being overcharged $1.90 the person asked why they kicked him calling him snoop dog and saying either you got it or not. I don’t appreciate it and I will be taking further actions. Stop hiring these all about fun and games ignorant mindset children. It’s destroying the fast food business. I will be seeking further actions. You wanted to embarrass my family for something they have the right to ask. Now you will have to reap your rewards

Lee St. location…Pulled up to the window and was greeted by a very impolite young man who told me they were only taking mobile orders. So I proceed to download the app and he comes back on and says you can go ahead with your order and replied “yeah” when I asked if I heard him correctly. I waited about 6 min for my food. Only 1 person was in front of me waiting on their food. EVERYTHING was cold. The Dr. Pepper was the best thing from the meal. Wendy’s is trash. Always out of something and serving cold food. I always regret it when I go. If I can help it I will never ever go back to ANY Wendy’s . Don’t even want my money back free food or nothing. Just close down!

First of all, in the drive-thru, they didn’t greet me. Just asked what I wanted. Ordering 5 Biggie Bag meals(three $5/two $6) we recieved our food after I feel was too long of a wait. Food issues: My spicy nuggets were not spicy(they were regular), ALL the fries were rubbery, overcooked, & barely warm, the nuggets were old & dried out, they didn’t give the right sauces (too many ranch, no BBQ or S&S, and a not-ordered honey mustard), and the burgers has the wrong condiments or lack of correct ingredients. It’s tolerable at best. This is on a Sunday afternoon(1pm) with no line. It’s unacceptable! Don’t go here. It’s not worth the money. It’s a disappointment to the Wendy’s name(which I’ve worked for and never had issues with at any other location).

I waited 15 minutes at the drive through before someone came to take my order. I had to drive up to the window to let them know that I was even there. I didn’t see her name tag but there was two people, a younger lady and and older heavy set lady with a gray beard. Instead of the younger lady taking my order right there, she told me that I had to reverse, and drive back to the speaker to order. They didn’t even have tortilla bread for a BREAKFAST burrito. After paying, the older woman told me to pull up to the second door and that someone would bring my food to me. After waiting another 15 minutes I had to get out of my car to walk inside to see why it was taking so long for what I ordered. EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!!! The wedges weren’t even fresh. The English muffin was so stale that pieces were missing from the bread. 20 minute wait for food that wasn’t even worth it. Wendy’s will NEVER get any of my money ever again. Check the cameras for the wait time if you think I’m exaggerating. 7:03am. 4/12/2024. 0 stars for this establishment

I went during lunchtime but there was no line in the drive thru. I ordered approximately $25 worth in food. My food was not hot, I asked why was the food cold the lady with the terrible facial skin stated she didn’t know. I guess she was upset because she made a chocolate frosty when I asked for a strawberry. This is my second time here and the service sucks. I don’t care how cheap the food is a customer should be served fresh food. I started to throw it at her and drive off, but decided to handle it this way and contact corporate as well.

This Wendys is closest to my office. Therefore, it is a common lunch spot. I order on the app often and usually do not have a problem. Today, was the day that changed. The lady in the window was extremely rude and incompetent. Then, my order was shoved to me including my drinks. If an employee cannot handle their aggression they shouldn’t be in the window. Of course, once I check the bags I’m missing an entire order of 10PC nuggets ! Unfortunately, since I am on a timed lunch I did not have time to go back. This location has to do better with the customer service. Here is what I received that was NOT my order.

I usually have no problem with this location. But today i went and got my meal and its was horrible. I am pregnant and had to endyre terrible old food. The nuggers were cold and hard. Literally had to reheat them. Fries were old and the chesse was just placed on my burger . the tea was so sweet I had to water it down. I had no time to turn around in risk of being late to work but very disappointed and still hungry

Wasting Time
Had to wait on the drive through mic because the employees were in their car (hooking up or getting high, idk)… left because they were picking up drive through trash on their way back in. Looking at me like “wait, why?” as I pull off.

30 min before the store closes but sheeeesh… just nasty.
