Beijing Bistro is a family-owned Chinese restaurant founded by Eddy Martinez. Eddy worked his way up from dishwasher to manager at Suzi’s Chinese Grill. When Suzi’s closed for renovations, he encouraged coworkers to join him in opening their own Chinese restaurant, which has been successfully operating for over 10 years. Following Eddy’s stroke, his children took over the restaurant, now running it alongside many of their cousins who are also employed there. This casual Chinese eatery offers a selection of beer, wine, and sake, and prides itself on serving dishes made fresh to order. Customers can customize their meals to their liking by adding or removing vegetables and proteins.
