This is a must if you like fresh tasty Italian dishes (lunch special 10.99 includes a salad or soup with meal) Friendly staff and delicious food. The garlic knots with the olive oil garlic dipping sauce is soooo good. The fresh garden salad with their homemade tomato basil dressing was a must try. We had a variety of different wonderfully tasty foods pasta trio, pasta sampler and the most delicious eggplant parmigiana!

Food sucks. Super expensive and food is just bland. I got the chicken florentine and husband got carbonara. Just taste like heavy whipping cream, no flavor. Service sucks. Saw the server like twice. Definitely going back to Nolis Vite here in NB. The soup is sooo good! But a bummer on everything else

We gathered in there with a super big party of like 25.. our 1st time. It was on a random Saturday. But we went around 2pm.. so it was not full at.all..(until we showed up)lol server was only one man. But I think he was cooking as well. He took care of everyone and did a good job. Didn’t speak English too well but he did his job. Food was outstanding but it did take a while to come out. But I cant blame them they got an unexpected rush in the middle of the afternoon. Overall id come back

We had a party of 8, the restaurant wasn’t to filled but our server was fairly slower than normal. We had to ask him twice regarding it food to be delivered.
We loved the lunch special prices. And the complimentary bread was great as always.

In town for work on the local Fire Stations and stopped in for the first time for dinner after a long day. Maddie my server was awesome with a great personality. By her recommendation I had the Sausage and Peppers parmigiana and it was delicious and actually the first dinner that I had all week that wasn’t disappointing. The beers were cold too
Definitely recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner if in the area.
Edit: Becoming a regular while in town, been back several times and Kemal was my waiter tonight and was great! Had the Chicken Marsala and it was fantastic.

We had Saturday evening dinner here. Pretty spacious place, the decor is lovely. Lighting feels comfy 🙂
We received a basket of bread to start, bread was warm and delicious. I would really enjoy it with a small olive oil dip that has some seasoning. Seen the dip that at other places.
The salad was standard. I ordered the Bella Sera Chicken , my boyfriend ordered the Linguine Puttanesca. We got the kids Ravioli, it was delicious favorite thing I ordered.
The Bella Sera Chicken was good, not amazingly grand. It has a nice sauce that is lemon-y. Though it comes with capers and olives, I would change the olives to green and to way less and the capers I would go easy on that. The sun-dried tomatoes are also good but easy on those three flavors and it would be best paired with a fish filet, not chicken. But it was good again.
The puttanesca from what my boyfriend said was great. Very strong fish from the anchovies.
The service was very nice. Sarah was our waitress and she knows how to take care of her guest. She had an upbeat energy. And she was very polite and caring to our needs.
The four out five is to let others know that this is a great place to try and to come back to, but keep in mind we aren’t eating at a fancy restaurant, it was great for us. Wanted the food to be better in terms of balance cause I ordered a strong bold flavor plate.

Disgusting. I will never go back here again. The bread was so stale. I took one bite and almost broke a tooth. I ordered the spaghetti with Italian sausage. As soon as it came out, my son told me that the sausage looked really dry. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, took a bite, and tasted nothing. I took a bite of spaghetti and the sauce was spicy, but also had no flavor somehow. I don’t know who the chef is but they need to make sure they have salt in their kitchen. My son had the pizza. It tasted the way a Band-Aid smells. He had already eaten a slice so we ended up having to take it home. When I told the waitress that it was really bland, she said yeah it usually is. She kindly removed it from our tab, but I still ended up spending $30 on two drinks and a pizza. This place is so overpriced and not worth it. don’t waste your time or money.

We had an incredible experience at Bella Sera in New Braunfels! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious.
What truly made our visit special was Chef Jack. His genuine care and attentiveness to his customers were remarkable. He took the time to come out and check on our experience, listened to our feedback, and made us feel truly valued. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality and attention to detail these days.
If you’re looking for amazing food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a chef who truly cares about his guests, Bella Sera is the place to go. We can’t wait to return!
