I ordered threw DoorDash they completely gave me food jerked when the ticket doesn’t say anything about jerking a pizza I called they said they was closed but online it says they closed at 9pm and it’s 730 and told me get my refund back threw the app i am very unpleased with this location I would never order here again

If fast food had the worst customer service award Beggars on 103rd Halsted wins by a lamd slide, i have never in my 58 years been treated so rudely and been shown such a nonchalant approach to customer service.
I reccomend the owner makes a personal visit and see why the business is dropping. Please do something! Our neighborhood deserves better

I called in to place my order and could hear the young lady smiling through the phone. When she asked if that was all I wanted to order, I said, “Do you suggest anything else?” She told me about the deep dish cookie. I added the cookie to my order
She gave an estimated time and I arrived early. My food was ready even with me arriving early. The staff was nice, professional, and attentive. Parking was easy in the lot in front of the entrance, and the food was delicious. We opened the warm, deep dish cookie before leaving the parking lot. The warm, gooey deliciousness was well worth it! I was driving, and my daughter almost finished half the cookie before we were 5 blocks away. It was very delicious. I am sure when served with ice cream, which was available, it is the most delectable treat
We order 2 lunch specials (7in pizza, fries and a soda) and it was the perfect meal even with my daughter receiving more fries and begging for some of mine, which I handed over out of love. I told her I love her more than French fries made her day with the cookie, pizza, fries, and love. Yessss!!! I’m winning!!! ♀️ Stop in and make sure to get the food and the deep dish cookie
They made sure to give red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, and napkins even without asking. I appreciated it all because I forgot to ask

I have ate here before and the pizza is decent but the service not too much! I went in there at 8:45pm for a slice of pizza and the door wasn’t locked and they close at 9pm. I stood there for 4mins until someone finally came out the back to tell me, THEY’RE CLOSE!!! SO YOU CLOSE B4 9PM I called today to speak with a manager about it and he give me all kinds of excuses on why that happened but none of it made sense!! I WON’T BE BACK……

It’s been maybe 8 or so years since I’ve been to a beggars Pizza. Lately I’ve been hankering for traditional Chicago pizza as I’ve grown tired of the whole neopolitan craze so I decided to try the Beggar’s pizza out in Roseland. It took them awhile to make my small order (about an hour.) First off, the smell is fantastic. The fatty oil, cheese, Italian herbs & greasy meat combines for an aroma that is unmatched. My place smells like a delectable pizzeria now & I’m perfectly fine with that. The cheese is perfectly browned with almost every slice having the same pattern that get lighter towards the center. No hipsters in sight either. As Beggar’s slogan goes, they lay it on thick so the ingredients are in no short supply. Every bite is like eating a small cake. It is absolutely packed with flavor. You’re able to taste evey single ingredient. This is what I’m talking about!
As far the Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ beef…it was ok. There’s a ton of beef with the BBQ sauce smeared on the inside of the bread. I was somewhat expecting the beef to be tossed or baked with the sauce which would’ve been much better. It’s Sweet Baby Ray’s so it’s an easy automatic win on the sauce & the beef is decently seasoned. The french bread where the beef lays its head is soft, warm & fills you up.
Overall, there’s a reason why Beggar’s has been around for 45 years. It’s a solid Chicago staple that is almost never a miss. The pizza is great, won’t break the bank & you get bang for your buck. The other stuff on the menu is mostly hits with little variances here & there. With my faith in pizza restored, it’s time for me to take a nap as the itis is overwhelming at this point…

I ordered a large sausage, pineapple, jalapeño pizza, it was thrown together, sausage all on the outer of the pizza , jalapeños here and there and no pineapples. Cheese is just thrown around to cover, thin in some places, thick in others. I usually order from 127th Western, or Kedzie, I order from here because it is what came up on Uber eats. Never again, it is horrible for things not to be in order on a pizza, it isn’t rocket science! I figure it was close to closing, so it didn’t matter, if it was right or wrong, unless this is how it is always made at this location.

The first time I came here, the manager followed me (21 year old woman) to my car and wouldn’t stop talking to me no matter how fast I walked away. I guess he was flirting, but it was creepy. This is the closest Beggars to me so I ordered delivery next time.
The first time I ordered delivery was fine. The second time, one person called to tell me I was out of range an hour after someone else confirming my order. Instead of accepting that I would take my business elsewhere, the delivery driver said he would make an exception. I called twice to confirm and the original cashier confirmed both times that he was still on the way. Four hours later, still no pizza, so I called again. The second cashier answered and said he cancelled my order several hours ago. Every call, I asked for the last person I talked with, but they all said “I’m the only one here.” (Even the one time the delivery guy took the phone from the cashier.)
The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and does not seem to want to communicate with one another.

Check your order always! People dont park right. The cook was being Sus as if they intentionaly left the sausage out of the stuffed pizza. Dont trust anyof them with your orders. Mine was online and it cost 70 when i cont there is cost 61.
