First time trying this place. The cashier was very friendly and sweet. The place we clean however very cold, almost took our food to go. The fries were very good. The burger there were pros and cons. Pros the burger had good flavor, I liked the thin sliced onions and shredded lettuce. Cons too much mayo and the bread was bigger than the burger patty. The brownie was DELICIOUS! Overall we had a great experience. We will definitely be back.

First time eating here and the last time. How is it possible to get a whole meal wrong? And not different items from different meals. Like a whole meal. I first walked in and everything was cool. 1 women said hi to me and that was it for about 5 minutes. Who appeared to be a manager was making food continued making food while people are just walking around and no one is saying anything to me. Finally 5 minutes later someone asks me if I’ve been helped. After replying no she goes and grabs my food which had been sitting there the whole 5 minutes I had been waiting for someone to actually help me just getting cold. I got the Wild Wild West burger with easy chipotle sauce extra pickles and there was so much barbecue sauce on it that it look like a bottle blew up. There was no onion rings on it. which how do you make a wild wild west burger with no onion rings? It was so saturated in barbecue sauce the sandwich started to fall apart. I got the loaded fries with just a bunch of cheese and ranch but they didn’t include the green onions. I also got sweet tea and it literally had no ice in it. I guess I have to be specific and ask for sweet ICED tea. I spent $44 at that place and didn’t even realize the issue with my drink or fries till I hung up with them giving me a refund for the missing cup of cheese and my burger. To be honest half of that $44 should have been refunded. I don’t even live in DeSoto but I drove out there specifically for that place after reading the reviews. So ultimately I’ve wasted my gas, my time and I’ve have found yet another place that’s not worth going to again and I’m still hungry cause the food was disgusting.

This place is a small business but making great food. The burgers are great and come out fast! They even have an impossible meat option for a veggie burger option. Not to mention the large kids menu! Please support this business to keep growing and offering affordable great food. Our family of 3 ate for less than $19.

I literally just gave them a good survey before i had to do this one. The first time I went, the cashier was really nice & I wish I would have got her name. I ALWAYS order chocolate chip cookies there, so I know how they should taste, right? So, my cookie was hard & crunchy like it was old. I had that problem once before about 3 weeks ago with my cookie & had to take it back. When I took it back the first time, he told me that they were told to start baking the cookies longer, but they made a new batch & cooked them the old way & they were perfect! So fast forward to today, I had the same problem. I called before I went back & they told me to bring it back & they would give me a new one because they had just baked another batch. Now, what they were about to do with it, I have no idea! Went back & exchanged it, bit into the cookie & it was still hard, but warm. I circled back around & told them that the cookie was still hard & a guy was at the window that time. He told me that it was gonna be like that because that’s how they baked them all the time & he would just have to give me a refund. I told him I got cookies from there all the time & that’s not how they normally tasted. He started literally trying to go back & forth with me & told me how was I gone tell him when he’s the owner. I told him how was he gone tell me when I ate them all the time. I stopped & just told him to give my refund & he rudely stated “oh I am” & slid the window closed LOL! But anywho….. yeah…. won’t be going back for nothing now!

Not a lot of people dining in. A lot of people used the drive through. I had their delicious chicken tenders, my son and husband had bacon cheese burgers. They thought it was delicious.

Not eating for the atmosphere but the Sunday manager here is friendly, service is quick and burgers are a must.
Just wanted to give an update (10/26/25)…anytime I order here, my food is freshly made and piping hot. Today I ordered the fried cheese curds (so good, oozy and gooey and light batter) and my usual which is the mushroom burger with sweet potato fries, and ordered the chicken strips with fries for my little one. The chicken strips are not fried hard but just the right amount of batter and the meat tender and still juicy inside.
Have you ever had Culvers or Arby’s? This is like a mix of the two…you can get burgers or sandwiches…but I really like how the food is made fresh to order, so if there is a wait, please be gracious and know that your meal is being prepped.
The milkshake is really good and on Sundays, kids meals are free with an adults meal.
I can’t speak for other reviewers, but from what I’ve had so far, the food is great, the owner is kind and courteous. Thank you!

Our order consisted of a BLT wrap, a turkey, avocado wrap, and a buckaroo kids meal hamburger. When we got up to the front to pay, they informed us that they did not have any wraps available except the turkey avocado. They let us know that all the wraps are frozen. So they’re not fresh. After waiting a little bit longer and asking to pull up, they came out and handed us our food. My Dr Pepper was completely disgusting. It not only had no carbonation, but it also had no flavor. It was the worst Dr Pepper I’ve ever had. I just pulled into Whataburger next-door. No big deal and headed home. Once we got home, I realized not only was the Dr Pepper nasty but the Turkey avocado wrap was not a turkey avocado wrap at all. It had black beans in it some type of southwest chicken sauce, chicken chips and I guess it was corn. It was nasty. The fries were completely cold. Out of the three meals we got one meal was good. We will not be returning at this location Possibly never the store again. I was willing to overlook one issue, but that was too many issues too quickly and then to find out that all their meals are just frozen and makes it even more gross.
