My family orders from here often. We had a long day today and ordered around 8:30. It was delivered and they delivered the wrong pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas. My daughter will not touch anything with onions or peppers on it. So we ordered her a Spinach feta pizza and paid EXTRA for the chicken to be added. IT ARRIVED WITH NO CHICKEN AND LOADED WITH ONION. I sat on the phone calling them for a total of 45 minutes listening to their ads screaming in my ear and giving me a splitting headache. After countless calls, they saw my number on caller ID and sent me straight to the survey after about 5 minutes on each call. MY DAUGHTER HAD NOTHING TO EAT. They couldn’t even be BOTHERED and wouldn’t even answer the phone. Needless to say I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. Not only was the order wrong, I paid for something I did not get but I was so insignificant as a customer that they couldn’t even bother to answer the phone. THIS DID IT FOR ME. NO MORE DOMINOS. If I don’t matter, THEY DON’T MATTER. I want to know who the “manager” was on Thursday on 1/8 in the evening. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

The order is always wrong.. order a medium bacon pepperoni, get a large chicken/mushroom/blackolive/jalapeno…. Order a medium cheese and medium pepperoni, get two medium cheeses…. Order honey wings…. Well.. below picture… in the left is from the menu. The picture on the right is what you get. I could go on and on.. I have so many free pizza coupons from them since every order they screw up, but why use them if the kids never get what they need??!!Dominos doesn’t suck but this location does.. maybe just do pickup to make sure your pizzas are correct??? So sad..

I went inside to order. I was completely ignored until the manager sent a young man to the counter. I asked for the 2 for $6.99 medium pizza special. The poor guy said they are $14.99. I said that’s not the advertised special. He did not know what to do. He must have been new. Again the manager just ignored the situation. I said maybe it’s an online only special so I tried to order online but no special. I called the restaurant and an AI bot answered an offerred 2 large for $10.99 which was fine but couldn’t place the order. A human finally answered the call and took my order. Why is it so difficult to order a special? Don’t offer the deal unless you’re going to honor it. How sad that with all the technology for ordering pizza that human beings are no longer able to communicate at this store!

Adam did an amazing job all by himself at this store on New Year’s Eve. He was incredibly fast and so respectful and engaging over the phone as well as in person.

Don’t order from this location. There were hair strands in the pizza dough and after having the pizza, my 4 yr old toddler was continuously vomiting and had to be taken to urgent care. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I’m forced to edit the ratings from 5 to 2 (deserves 1 only but giving two for past dealings). We ordered 4 pizzas and first we got only three and when we called them they agree to send one. When we opened the boxes we found pizzas badly damaged, with missing pieces, we called them again, they asked us to send the pics and then didn’t respond, we took the boxes to the store and showed them, still instead of replacing them, they insisted to fix the shape. After 15 minutes of dialogue, finally agreed to give us fresh ones. Attaching the pics.

Waited for 50 minutes for my order of 2 pizzas and parmesan bites. I cancelled it because the app said it was supposed to be a 22 minute wait..
I understand it gets busy on weekends, but my partner went in to check on the order twice and no one could give us an answer. They asked us 4 times for the name/order # and couldn’t locate it 30 minutes after it was placed. My partner kept repeating our desire to cancel the order, but they asked us if we wanted to change our order instead.
Thankfully, one of the delivery drivers was able to help us cancel the order. No hard feelings, but I’ve never experienced this at a Dominoes.

Absolutely terrible service. We were on the phone with them for nearly half an hour to order and no one was picking up. So we decided to come to the location instead. They said that they could not accept the deal that they advertised for a reason they were unclear of. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed in this place. We’ve been coming here for years and it’s been ok, but this was just really frustrating.
