We stopped by on a Friday night and this place was packed, 45 minute wait time for party of 2. Decided we’d try another day. Next day I made a reservation for next available time slot 745pm.
When we arrived this place was jumping, the minute you walk in it feels like a night club setting without the cover charge.
You get seated and you’d think you’re at a college frat party. The music selection if trendy, the decor looks like a dorm, and people talking loud about what they want to do after college, per se. It’s wonderful.
The food selection is off the charts. Panini’s and charcuterie boards with a wine menu the size of Rhode Island.
We ordered the roasted mushroom fondue with two lemonades. The fondue was to die for. The lemonade were a little on the sweet side.
Our main entrees were the West coaster panini and the pick two (half sandwich and salad)
Jennai (Jenay) was our server and she was awesome, very attentive and had a fabulous attitude.
I highly recommend people to visit, but would encourage making a reservation, especially during the weekend. You’re going to love this place.

We visited Postino in Westminster for the first time for our Christmas dinner, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The cocktails were delicious and thoughtfully crafted, and the desserts were the perfect finishing touch.
The atmosphere was warm and festive, and the service made us feel truly welcomed, which made our first visit even more special. Postino exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a late lunch around 2 or 3 PM on a weekday, and the place was busy making it pretty full and noisy with chatter. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and appetizers, but one of them came out wrong, likely a simple mix-up in the kitchen rush. The server apologized and had the correct one out in under five minutes, which we really appreciated. The Bavarian pretzel was a standout: warm, soft on the inside. Overall, the food was good despite the minor hiccup.

First of all, I would like to state that I am a HUGE fan of the entire Postino brand. You can’t go wrong with food or drink at their locations. We love the location near us, and checked out this new location. The bartenders were welcoming and efficient right off the bat. All of the Postino’s have this incredible happy hour, and the pitcher of craft beer for $7 (I typically do the Hazy Little Thing but you do you) is one of the best deals in the area. Wife had the wine, and they always have a great and very unique selection. We walked in already knowing the menu, and we started with one of their ringers, the bruschetta. Have your own fun finding your favorites, but we had to try the recent bracket winner, the Mexican street corn. Solid, but the French Onion one is slowly winning our hearts. I just usually rotate through their great food, but I did the West Coaster with tomato soup for this trip. I am also a big fan of the grilled cheese, shakshuka, the Nine Iron, and someday I will try the always delicious sounding French Toast. The West Coaster sandwich is always solid, but their soup is somehow basic, but unique, if that makes any sense. I had trouble with the WIFI as a heads up to Verizon folks, but could have just been a weird day for my phone. We had a great experience here overall. I only give it a 4, as it is easy to give great service when the first people come in, but our service level dropped off a lot when they got busier. They also have a wine club that gets you good wine and an occasional free glass every few months. I highly recommend stopping by here for either food or drink, try to catch their high value happy hour, and see you there (or at the Highlands location that we more frequently are at)…

Postino is my absolute favorite place to eat! Quite literally the best bruschetta ever. When we went, they only had outdoor seating available (in February) since it was so busy, but the staff was great about turning on space heaters and our waitress Hannah was so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Popped into Postino and really enjoyed it. Good wines, boards, bruschetta and sandos. Good wines too. I sat at the bar with a friend and had great service. The bartender Niko was so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely coming back.

Postino Westminster delivers the perfect mix of atmosphere, service, and food. The space feels stylish yet welcoming, with a vibrant energy that makes it ideal for both casual meetups and special nights out. The bruschetta boards are outstanding — fresh, creative, and beautifully presented. Wine variety is not their strongest point. Service is consistently friendly and attentive without being pushy. A place that really balances quality with a laid-back vibe — definitely one of the best spots in Westminster.

Birthday dinner with friends. Gorgeous atmosphere. Postino food is always so good. I got the skewers – tender and delish. Highly recommend! My fave place for happy hour and sharing a bottle of wine.

We had such a great experience thanks to our waiter, Ben! He was incredibly kind and attentive from start to finish. He stayed on top of everything, made sure we had what we needed before we even had to ask, and brought everything out quickly and efficiently. On top of that, he was just genuinely so nice, which made the whole experience even better. We truly appreciated his excellent service and will definitely be back!
