We love the food at Beef-a-Roo in West Dundee! It’s fresh and made-to-order, and the healthy ingredients are a big plus–and a reason to keep returning for an enjoyable experience with a big family. There is something for everyone. There are frequently updated menu and deal options, keeping it interesting and affordable. This venue changes the image of what fast food can and should be! The people who work there are welcoming and efficient, and the restaurant is spotless. Every experience there has been a positive one. I wouldn’t be surprised if this new place is packed in no time, once the word gets around!

Our first visit was awesome . The food was fresh and tasty! Price was right, store was super clean. Mr. Ortiz, our server was a really great guy and perfect for customer service. Great attitude, cheerful, helpful and friendly. We are back tonight because of a great first experience. So far so good!

Been getting the $5.55 so many times, so economical and delicious! Went tonight and they would no longer sub in the veggie patty for that price, even tho we’ve already ordered it like that countless times. Left the line and will not return. Been there 3 times since reopening. Food is better than last go around. The burger is great! Everything is made fresh (so yes, you have to wait a bit) but it’s good food for what it is. Their fries are perfectly seasoned too all the time.

When this place reopened this location was fully staffed and on there A-game. The food was on par to any Rockford location.I feel like in recent weeks this business seems to be on a decline. I agree with other reviews that focus on the manager. He really needs to step up and help make orders and not just stand there, he needs to be a team player. That extra help will reduce wait times and deliver fresher products to customers which is important for any fast food restaurant to be successful.

What exactly is the manager’s job? He wasn’t taking orders or helping his staff (two kids) make food. He directed every customer walk in to place their order on a kiosk. He sat there and watched his team drown while he stood in the corner critiquing them. Every customer in the place waited a minimum of 20 minutes for their food while Mr. Manager man was handing out fistfuls of coupons to apologize. The drive thru had zero cars in it. Maybe 6 customers in the building. The owners of this joint seriously need to step in and clear this up. I guarantee they wouldn’t be pleased seeing their establishment on fire like this while the MOD is handing coupons and freebies left and right. It’s a shame because the food was very good and it’s a nice place. Needs better supervision fast.

I waited in line for about 18 minutes and then another 5 at the window u received a attitude from a man over the headset and my burger was not completely cooked ( I do not have a picture as I threw it away immediately I was do disgusted by eating raw meat I got sick) this is not my first time in here but will certainly be my last I have it another chance even after the first time if going in and a male employee maybe manager was screaming at employees telling them they were incompetent and belittling them as he was doing nothing besides freaking out. They seriously need to get different management because this place is complete crap whoever runs it should be replaced I am letting the health department also know about the poor food condition and raw meat it should be illegal in

I liked them. The food was a bit cold, just warm but it was still good. The beef did remind me of Arby’s which is fine, since Arby’s left the area.
The chicken wrap was good and the cheddar fries were yummy.

This used to be my go to place if I’m craving for sweet potatoes and blackened Mahi Grill sandwich. Not anymore after today’s order. Unfortunately a big disappointment on the sweet potato fries. They just served me 1/4 of the bag and charged me full price. They used to be generous. Never again I’ll go back. They lost me as a customer.
